“This was my first time using Rover, and I chose Sarah specifically because she has so many repeat customers, and it's easy to see why! My cat normally hides from strangers, but walked right up to Sarah at our meet-and-greet. The biggest thing for me was, there was a huge snowstorm coming while we were gone, and Sarah made sure to come over extra early on the day the storm was due to hit, to make sure our kitty had more than enough food and water to last her a bit longer if needed. And it WAS needed, the storm was so bad there was a travel ban put in place for days, but because of Sarah's pre-planning our kitty did just fine until we could get home to her two days later. Sarah, I can't thank you enough!”

About: I’ve always had a lot of dogs in my growing up, and have had to help take care of them. For the last 3 years I’ve dog sat for multiple different families. I am currently working full time day shift. I have plenty of time in the afternoon on weekdays to walk dogs and also have a lot of availability on the weekends. About: I have take care of dogs and cats since I can remember. I’ve always had family pets that I looked after. Recently I started to pet sit professionally and have looked after pets with all manners of personalities and needs. I am currently working full time with a hybrid schedule. Monday through Wednesday in the office and Thursday through Friday remote. I am free every weekend and anytime after 5pm. Because each pet parent is unique and has their own ways to raise and care for their pets I strictly adhere to their rules and guidelines. That includes areas they have their pets walk and house rules for those that request house sitting.

About: I love getting to know each individual pet’s personality and needs, and approach them with respect to make them feel comfortable and safe. I have many years of experience with animals who need insulin shots and oral medications, and experience with all ages. I will treat your pets as if they were my own! At home, I have a tripod husky and a cat who has traveled far with me. I go on miles-long walks every day… always with dog treats in my pockets :) I'm currently working from home setting my own schedule, so walking your dog would fit well into my day. If you live near me, an overnight at your place is possible as I like to give my Stormy cat her breakfast and outside grass time by mid morn. I have lots of cat toys in my house for my cat. I hope your dog has toys and if it's just a walk, then a good leash and baggies to collect poop are essential. I am all about fresh water and seeing that their space is just how they like it.

“Would I book Haley again? I already have! Haley is fantastic, she went above and beyond my expectations! Haley took AMAZING care of our three senior dogs, who have special needs. One of my dogs needs to have his bladder expressed due to a spinal injury, Haley went out of her way to learn how to express his bladder and ensure his comfort. Haley gave the dogs ample outdoor time, shared photos and detailed report cards throughout the day which gave us peace of mind. You can tell when your dogs had their basic needs met vs. when they also had enrichment (play time, cuddles, etc.), my dogs clearly had enrichment with Haley taking care of them. The dogs were happy and content when we returned home, they hardly missed us! Cannot recommend Haley highly enough.”

About: I have taken care of my own family dogs and cats for my whole childhood and adulthood life. I have been given the experience of watching my neighbors and friends' pets. It has ranged from hamsters to dogs. I also have experience with training and watching after puppies. I work full-time as a teacher so am home by midafternoon. I take a mile walk before I leave for work and when I get back, so your pet will receive adequate exercise and stimulation. I have a dog to keep your furry friend company! He is very calm and loves other animals. I have space if your animal needs separation or to be crated for any reason.

I am in my 4th year of studying Animal Behavior, which feeds my interest in enrichment and proper welfare for all animals. I have experience with: • oral medication administration • pets with anxiety • grooming and nail trimming (*depends on your pet's temperament) • enrichment I am available for drop-in visits, walks, or pet-sittings. I have varied availablity during weekdays due to my academic course load, but most likely I'm available to take care of your pet! ***I do not offer boarding due to my own pet for the safety of all pets involved! I'm currently on break for the summer and have full availability during the week to stop in and take your pet for a walk or play session, or house sit for a longer period. I tend to stick to the instructions provided as to keep a normal routine for your pet. For a first time visit, I will get aquainted with your pet and offer a treat if allowed. I will send photos of your pet when I arrive and leave to offer some peace of mind. For walks, I will take your dog on a stroll around the neighborhood so they can let out some energy and use the restroom, followed by a treat after returning home. Drop-ins are similar where the pet will be taken outside for the restroom if needed and have some playtime to let out some energy. For pet sitting jobs, I tend to ask more questions about your pet to get a better understanding of their needs as well as anything else that will need taken care of such as collecting the mail, or watering plants. No matter the species, each visit will include playing, treats, and lots of pets! When entering or leaving your home, I ensure that the key is placed in the correct spot (to prevent lockouts!) after locking to keep your pet and home safe.
