Hello, I’m Meg! I’m an originally from Buffalo, NY, but recently moved to Jersey City for work. Anyone who knows me can say that I am passionate about my love for animals and give the best care that I possibly can. I grew up with a miniature schnauzer, and I had a cat named Dobby who passed recently due to medical issues. I currently have a bunny named Hopper who is free roam in my home and loves to spend his days lounging around, playing, and eating hay. I have worked in a veterinary office before and am comfortable handling animals of all shapes and sizes. I have also been a foster and volunteer with animal shelter and rescue groups for over 10 years. This has given me insight to medical care and understanding behavioral cues from animals to ensure their health and happiness. I would love to meet you pup or kitten and provide them exercise and companionship when you’re unavailable (trust me, I understand that everyone is busy and travels). I have known Meg for nearly 10 years and between my two cats and a dog, she has always been there for my pets! Because of her experience in a veterinary office and her long hours of volunteer work with A Purr-fect Fit Animal Rescue & Adoption Center, she is beyond qualified to keep pets of all kinds healthy and happy. She is my go to whether I am away for an hour or a week; I know my pets will get ample play time, attention, and feel secure with her while I am away. Make sure your babies get the same treatment!
Meg is great with animals! She has played with my shih tzu many times and he can be a bit temperamental and she has done a great job with him! She's super gentle and caring with any pets I've seen her around. I would let her watch my dog and cat if I needed a sitter!
I’ve known Meg since July and I’ve already seen how great she is with animals. She’s very knowledgeable when it comes to animal health and their overall well being. She’s helped me countless times with my cat and has made me feel comfortable being a pet parent. I would trust her to look after my pets anytime.
