About: I am a 26 year old Nurse who works at a local hospital and I love all kinds of animals. I currently have 2 dogs, 1 cat and 2 horses. I work well with all pet personalities! I am a reliable and trustworthy house sitter/pet sitter/walker who puts your pets needs first. Pets to me are family and should be treated as such. I have worked with many different breeds and sizes of dogs and cats. As a nurse I have training in medication administration and would be happy to give your pets medications of any kind. I have a cat myself that requires daily injections and a dog who takes pills daily so I am comfortable with all different medications. I have also worked with many dogs in basic training commands. I look forward to working with you to meet all the needs of your pet! I am flexible with my schedule and hours and can accommodate many care requests. I have reliable transportation and am willing to travel far to meet and care for your pets. I have house sat for many different people and different pet needs. I am happy to accommodate to whatever you and your pet needs. I am very accommodating and willing to fit whatever you need including pets with special needs, medications, special feeding rituals or schedules. I like to have a meet and greet with you and your pets before staying at your home so I can discuss your expectations with you. I always leave your house spotless and ensure your pet is safe and placed back where I found them before leaving. My flexible work schedule allows me to build pet care into my regular routine. Since I work per diem, my schedule varies from week to week, which gives me flexibility to accommodate walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. I’m able to plan my availability in advance and make sure I have plenty of time to give each pet individual attention rather than rushing through visits. I also enjoy spending my free time outdoors, walking, hiking, and spending time with animals, so caring for pets fits naturally into my lifestyle! I provide care in your home through house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking. I’ll follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medications, and plenty of attention and cuddles. I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality and individual needs so they feel comfortable and secure while you’re away. During house sitting, I’ll keep your pet company and maintain their usual routine while also taking care of your home. For drop-ins and walks, I’ll make sure your pet gets the exercise, bathroom break, playtime, and attention they need. I’ll also send regular updates and photos so you know your pet is happy and well cared for.

About: i have had 20+ years of dog experience of any kind. I grew up with different kinds of dogs from small poodles to big dogs like labs, rottweilers, etc. I have experience with training, feeding, medication, fleas, etc. I did alot of care for the animals since I was 7 years old for my neighbors and family member when they were gone on vacation and whatnot. Then again grew up on a farm. Willing to make extra drop ins if asked, to do over nights at your house if asked. Also willing to do Emergency care for longer stays if needed. I can take care of more than 3 dogs with any other animals from cows to pigs separately or all at the same time. I Grew up with 6 dogs and several other type of animals. Willing to do any thing that helps with dog's energy from walking to playing. At your house or mine. I live with my friend, on a 5 acre property, most is not fenced, there however is a small parcel with a fence behind the house for your dogs to run free with her 2 dogs who are very friendly with other dogs. Otherwise, there are cables for dogs that don't have good recall or likes to wander off. in the front yard. I do have a dog/cat bed ready to go, animals are allowed on my bed and stuff, unless the owners says otherwise, they will be allowed up. I also have some cat toys of my own your cats can play with. Same goes for dog toys, I bought some so the dogs had something to play with while here. If you pefer to bring your own go ahead! :) but only thing I really need you to bring is their food, food bowl and medication if they have any. 😊 Willing to do more than one week if needed. I love any kinds of dogs and cats. I live in Concrete Washington. If needed, willing to meet half way, but prefer for you to drop off/pick up at my house. I also am willing to adjust my pricing if needed but so long the request is a resonable reason and price is too.... All you gotta do is ask and explain! And I'm happy to talk to you about it! I'm currently not working, trying to find another job in the mean time due to issues working for my dad. I’m hoping this will help me financially! Also trying to do my own little side business of crafts and art, so I have plenty of time to play/care for your pups and/or cats! I am available most days or time throughout of the week for them to come over, but also will be able to do drop in visit as well if needed. I live in concrete Which has plenty room to run and play. That is why when I usually am willing to do any size dog I prefer to have smaller dogs in here than big ones. There is no fencing but there is woods and neighbors where I live where they can run and play with me. I do live on a property in a SEPERATE housing from my friend who has 2 kids who’s 7/8 year old and has a dog. Her dog goes to work with her a lot and the kids goes to school so would not be home most of the day and again seperate housing your dog would stay at mine. the will kids leave the dog(s) alone unless they’re allowed to play with them or whatanot theyre very good with dogs. And will leave them alone if they’re told to I have toys for dogs in prepare of them as well as a dog bed. I do have a dog bed and some toys in preparation for dogs, they're allowed on my couch and bed if they are ar your own house. I also do have a designated fenced area for them to run and play, so I would be able to let them out to play and stuff as well as take them on walks a few times through out the day. I also have cats which I have a catio for them but still, please be aware of whether your dogs are friendly with them or not. And let me know ahead of time so I know whether to keep my cats in my house or in a different building with my friends cats while your pets are here.

About: Sedro - Woolley, Bellingham and Mount Vernon, book your pet sitting now for the new school year! As a school bus driver, I work 6-10 AM, then have few hours break and go back to my afternoon drive 2-6 PM. To ensure proper care for your animals, I like to book clients no further than a 30 min drive from Sedro Woolley. Please take this into consideration when considering me as your sitter for your pets! :) I have owned cats, large dogs (100 + lbs), and horses over the years, so I'm well-versed in handling a variety of pet needs. I am comfortable around animals and can stand my ground with them. I enjoy large breeds and, having two 150Lbs + dogs before I know how hard it is to find someone to take care of them! I am available for short and long term stays in Whatcom and Skagit counties. Dogs, cats, horses, turtles and fish - all welcomed and loved! I work as a school bus driver, so I leave the house early in the morning for few hours, then have 2-4 hrs off and then drive the kids home in the afternoon, usually 2-6 pm. If this is something that will work for you and your pet family, please reach out! I usually do a greet & meet before to make sure that everyone is comfortable! About: I grew up with golden retrievers and dobermans, and have a profound love for all dogs. I took a one year online and in person course for basic dog obedience training with Animal Behavior College. I enjoy taking my pups on hikes, swimming, and to parks where they can play. I also have chickens, turkeys, ducks, goats, rabbits, and geese! Animals are truly my passion, and my goal is to make my house feel like their home away from home. I'm a stay at home mom (I was previously a HS teacher), and my days are typically spent outdoors with my dogs and kiddos (weather permitting). So my schedule is very flexible! I have a fully fenced yard, and a house with plenty of room for the dogs to romp. I also have a designated area for my cats, whenever they’re wanting to get away from the dogs, so for in home pet sitting, your cat(s) can have a safe place to decompress and not be overwhelmed with dogs. I can easily crate dogs if needed, but my dogs usually have free run of the house, and your dog(s) can too! My dogs get along with animals of all kinds, and are very gentle and friendly.

I am willing to drop in before I leave for work at about 7 am if necessary. Even when busy, I always have time to stop by and take care of pets. I will respect your pet's personal space if they are more of an anxious pet, I had a very anxious pup growing up so I know what it is like. About: Currently raising my 4th puppy a Newfoundland name Freydis , raised a frenchie and 2 newfies prior. The bigger the dog the better. Please keep in mind I don’t drive or have a car but I do have and ebike. Easily accepting Redmond/Kirkland/Woodinville/Bothell jobs. I work full time Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 6:30am-3:00pm. I am free all times outside of that. I’m able to do one offs but I would prefer something ongoing. Prefer to bring my friendly potty trained puppy but understand if that’s not your pets/babies vibe. Hyper aware of dangerous floor items, dangerous foods, what toys aren’t appropriate and why, what collars and harness are are good for what. I want my animals to eat the best items, play with toys that won’t hurt them and make them the happiest babies so they live the longest. Your animals aren’t JUST pets they are our world!

About: Ever since I was a kid, I’ve had this special bond with animals. I was always the one neighbors/familt friends would call to walk their dogs, feed their cats, or look after their birds and reptiles. It just came naturally to me, and I loved every minute of it. Those early experiences really sparked my passion for animal care. As I grew older, I wanted to make sure I was the best at what I do, so I took lots of courses in pet health, nutrition, and behavior. I believe every animal is unique and deserves personalized care, so I always try to understand their individual needs and personalities. Because of this, many pet owners trust me with their beloved animals, knowing they’re in good hands. I don’t just stick to the basics either. I’m known for going the extra mile, whether it’s staying up all night with a sick pet, finding the best toys and activities to keep them entertained, or just giving them lots of love and cuddles. My home often becomes a safe haven for animals in need, and I’m committed to making sure every pet I care for lives a happy, healthy life. Taking care of animals isn’t just a job for me; it’s a mission I’m truly passionate about. One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is seeing the transformation in the animals I care for. Whether it’s a rescue dog learning to trust again, a cat recovering from an illness, or a bird that starts to sing joyfully, each success story fuels my dedication. I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of animals, each with its own story and needs, and it’s always a privilege to be part of their journey. Over time, I’ve built a reputation in my community for being reliable, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Pet owners know they can count on me not just for basic care, but for a level of attention and love that makes a real difference. It’s not uncommon for me to receive updates and thank-you notes long after I’ve cared for someone’s pet, which always warms my heart and reaffirms why I do what I do. Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue expanding my knowledge and skills in animal care. There’s always something new to learn, and I’m committed to staying at the forefront of best practices in pet health and well-being. My goal is to keep providing top-notch care and to be a trusted resource for pet owners who want the very best for their furry, feathered, or scaly family members. I work as a veterinary assistant at a pet emergency center, where I interact with animals of all kinds on a daily basis. In this fast-paced environment, I have gained extensive experience handling emergencies, assisting with medical procedures, and administering medications. My role requires me to stay calm under pressure, adapt quickly to unexpected situations, and provide compassionate care to animals, no matter how challenging the circumstance. When I provide care for pets in a client’s home, my top priority is to maintain the pet’s daily routine and ensure their comfort, health, and safety. I take every measure to reduce stress, provide consistent care, and keep owners updated throughout the process. To achieve this, I follow the guidelines below: • Feeding & Hydration • Meals are provided according to the pet’s regular schedule and portion instructions. • Fresh water is checked and refilled at every visit. • Any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special feeding requirements are strictly followed. • Medication & Special Care • Prescription and over-the-counter medications are administered exactly as directed. • Detailed records are kept for medication administration. • Any ongoing medical conditions, treatments, or post-operative care instructions are carefully monitored and followed. • Exercise & Enrichment • Dogs are walked according to their energy level, leash behavior, and owner preferences. • Playtime and enrichment activities are provided to keep pets mentally and physically stimulated. • Safety protocols are always followed when outside the home (e.g., secure leashing, avoiding unsafe areas, monitoring for triggers). • Health & Behavior Monitoring • Pets are observed closely for any changes in appetite, energy level, behavior, or bathroom habits. • Any signs of illness, injury, or distress are documented and reported to the owner promptly. • If needed, emergency veterinary care will be sought in accordance with the owner’s instructions. • Home & Environment • Litter boxes, cages, or designated potty areas are cleaned and maintained as instructed. • Pet areas are kept tidy, and any accidents are cleaned appropriately. • I respect the client’s home and belongings, ensuring cleanliness and security during each visit. • Communication & Updates • Owners receive regular updates, including written notes, photos, or videos upon request. • Any concerns or questions are communicated promptly for transparency and peace of mind. • Emergency contact information is kept on hand at all times. By following these standards, I am able to provide reliable, professional, and compassionate care while ensuring each pet feels safe and loved in their own home.

About: I have taken care of just about every type of animal since I was young (dogs, cats, horses, birds, fish, hedgehogs, gerbils, snakes, etc.) I've trained and raised several puppies and kittens. The majority of the animals in my life were adult animals and if they were family pets, they stayed with us until it was time to cross the rainbow bridge so I also have a fair amount of experience with senior care as well. I grew up with no less than 4 animals in the house at all times, so I'm very good with multiple-pet households, but I currently live in a household with only one dog, so I am also comfortable doting on just one at a time :) I am currently available 24/7 and this is my primary career! I am happy to care for your fuzzy friends and family any time of day or night, their set schedule becomes my own! :3 I really believe every pet is different and taking into account their personality, energy, as well as their history or needs is very important. I like to give pets loads of attention if they are the type that likes attention, or I'm happy to just sit and read a book with them if they are more the sleepy type. I don't believe in leaving dogs in yards unattended, and I am a very communicative person-- I am not afraid to ask questions or clarify things I may not be sure of.

About: Since I was very young I have loved and cared for our dogs and cats. For the pups, taking them for long walks and spoiling them with toys and cuddles are among my specialties! For my cats, they are the lucky recipients of lots and lots of petting, cat toys and of course their favorite meals. I have an open schedule and can stop in for regular, long dog walks or stay over for overnight pet sitting and for any pet needs in between. I have experience with all ages and all sizes of dogs and cats and like to know all of your pet's favorite things and quirk so I can make my time with them super comfotable and fun. I am far away from home and miss my animals, now Rover gives me that chance to share my love of pets with others! I have time in the mornings and evenings to play, feed, and walk the pups. I never leave a dog for longer than 8 hours but I try to make 6 the max. In my own home it’s important to make sure they have some pieces of their home like toys, a bed, and a space to feel comfortable. In your home, I know it’s their space not mine. I care a lot about respecting others’ space.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a casual meeting to vet potential sitters and communicate care needs for peace of mind before a booking begins. Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your walker interacts with your pet or the new environment.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and walker for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet .

walkers on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
