About: Hello, my name is Jessie. I am an experienced animal care provider who is extremely excited to meet your babies! I have worked at dog daycare, pet boarding and grooming facilities for 10 years and have taken care of animals of all types! I have always been a pet owner and lover. I have experience with puppies and kittens as well as senior pets, animals with behavioral issues and with medical needs. In 2021 I graduated from Canisius College with a degree in Animal Behavior, Ecology and Conservation. During my time at Canisius, I completed an internship at the Erie County SPCA in the wildlife department; where I helped to care for many different exotic and wild animals. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
