“Ashley is FANTASTIC!! I have an anxious dog prone to bolting, and I have never had such a good experience with a sitter before. My dog used to be uncooperative with me if she could tell we were heading towards daycare and would then be extremely needy once she returned. With Ashley, she struts right in with no hesitation-- a huge feat for her. Ashley also has been very transparent with how they ensure she won't escape, even putting her on a long lead during her first few days to allow her to get acclimated. Ashley provides lots of photos daily, and I know my girl is getting plenty of love and attention during the day. Ashley also is excellent with communication and flexible, and I am so so grateful to have care that I truly trust.”

“Houston is a very particular, somewhat fearful and needy little angel whom Alessandra was able to provide just the right environment for. After each visit, he came home happy, healthy and tired! When I dropped him off at the bigger daycare centers in the area, he would be shaking before we even walked in the door. He cried when I left him and he was so stressed and overwhelmed when I picked him up, he would take long trauma naps through dinner and breakfast the next day. In Alessandra's home, he is able to roam and lay wherever, whenever; he gets plenty of walks and enjoys her backyard. More importantly (for him), he has a limited number of playmates, so he can avoid the burnout and feeling of being overwhelmed and there is plenty of space to take a break as needed. This intimate environment seems to do much better for him and we are very appreciative of the love Alessandra shows Houston. We get lots of photos and updates every day. I find Alessandra to be very flexible, communicative and easy to talk to. We won't be looking elsewhere unless she is fully booked!”

About: I have been an animal lover my whole life. I have owned everything from dogs, cats, guinea pigs and reptiles. I have been caring for pets professionally for 4 years now and before that I helped with walking and caring neighbors and family pets and my first ever job I worked in a dog grooming salon. I have cared for a wide variety of pets with different needs including cats and dogs that need oral, injection and topical medications. As well as pets that may be anxious and reactive. I am a full time student but currently on summer break so have complete and open availability with lots of flexibility for your needs. During the school year I do mostly online classes so my schedule typically remains flexible. I make sure when entering your home I come in carefully ensuring nobody runs out the door. During walks I stay away from other dogs and people as you never know how they are going to react it is best for everyone’s safety.

About: I’ve been around pets since I was little. Growing up my mom always had cats, dogs, chickens she took care of all the animals. After getting married and having kids I decided it was finally time to adopt my dog Charlie. He’s a sweet loving 2 year old beagle. He’s great with my 3 kids and is super playful with other dogs. I have a huge yard which is fenced in and I live right by a trail so daily walks are always something i do. I work from home part time and my schedule is flexible so there’s always someone home. My yard is fenced in and very easy for the dogs to go out back and be safe. I live right by the schuylkill river trail and love taking walks with my dogs in the mornings, mid day and mostly in the evening when it cools down. I own a big house with a huge fenced in yard. I take Charlie on walks daily around town. If errands need to be ran I will communicate with the dogs owners to let him know and about how long I will be gone for.
