About: I’ve had furbabies of every size and breeds since I was a child. Horses, dogs, cats and other large mammals. Never met an animal that doesn’t love me. The feelings are mutual. I am retired, and love fur babies to keep me company and help me stay active. I do require animals be vaccinated and spade/neutered. Not taking cats due to allergies. I have a fenced yard, room to roam, a small furbaby of my own. Furbabies can be crated or sleep where they choose. Always indoor at night.

About: Taken care of dogs and cats at a very young age and have a soft spot for all pets. In the military, so need someone to rely on? I got you! Like I said in my profile, I’m in the military and currently work during the day time. Work schedule is currently 6 AM to 4 PM but usually free after work until 10 PM. Free on the weekends and can stay overnight if you need me too. Thank you 🙏🏻 Will constantly keep an eye on your pet to make sure everything is in order. She spent time outside with or dogs and even took our blind dog on a walk. She communicated with us very well to inform us of any problems or if she was running late. About: I’ve been dog sitting & providing services for over 10 years now! For 5+ years I’ve dog sat Gracie the pit bull (see photos) as her father is always traveling for work for extended periods of time prior to coming back to this platform. I would dog sit on multiple occasions for weeks or months at a time, therefore I'm comfortable working extended periods of time with multiple animals. I treat every animal as if they were my own so I understand on a personal note how sentimental they mean to their owners! I pride myself in my patience & professionalism. When caring for your pup, I’ll keep interactions with my own pets limited at first and will have my pets in a separate space when needed so your dog can settle in and feel comfortable without being overwhelmed. If you’re comfortable with it and your pup seems like a good match, I’d also be more than happy to gradually introduce them to my dogs after they’ve had some time to settle in. I do live in an apartment, but I have access to a fenced-in yard where I regularly take my own dogs to potty, stretch their legs, and get some outdoor playtime. I’m happy to give your pup plenty of opportunities to get outside as well, depending on their routine and needs.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
