About: Wah Gwaan! My Name is Ronley and I just moved to California from Jamaica! I am a dog lover with over 10 years of hands-on experience raising, caring for, and training dogs. In Jamaica, I helped run a kennel with more than 35 dogs at a time and regularly worked on basic training and behavior. I was never formally certified because certification was not required there, but I gained years of real-world experience working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities. Since moving to the U.S., I’m excited to get back into the dog world. I love everything from energetic puppies to sweet senior dogs, and I bring lots of energy, patience, and love to every dog I care for. I currently work part-time and am available Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with additional availability depending on the day as I work Nights. During my off-season, from November 2026 through March 2027, I’ll have full-time availability for pet care, walks, drop-ins, and plenty of playtime! Safety is always a priority for me. I follow each pet’s routine closely, keep doors and gates secure, provide plenty of supervision, and make sure pets feel comfortable and relaxed. For my cats, I clean their litter box at least once a day or twice if needed and watch their water intake to avoid kidney issues. For any animal, I ensure they're well-groomed and I monitor any behaviors that could indicate a health concern. Any animal will be well played with to keep them engaged and minimize late night zoomies.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
