Joanna was amazing with Bandit and Kitten while we were away! 🐶🐱 She went above and beyond… sending thoughtful updates, great photos, and fun little stories while we were away. Bandit got plenty of engaging walks (including new park adventures), and Joanna kept a close eye on her paw when it needed extra care. Kitten also got patient, gentle attention, treats and time to explore and relax. Joanna always double-checked everyone was accounted for, especially Kitten, who is like a ninja at slipping out. It gave us complete peace of mind when we were hundreds of miles away, knowing Joanna was so thorough. Her communication was excellent and we came back to two happy pets. Cassandra was wonderful with our pups! From the start she took great notes of eating habits, exercise habits etc. We could tell she really cared about her job. She stayed in constant communication with us - sending picture of dogs that were clearly happy with their sitter. She treated our home with respect and was a professional through and through.
