“Tish took incredible care of our pup, Duck, and was so caring and communicative with us when he had a tough time feeling anxious while we were away. She cares for your pets like they are her own, and we know Duck is in the best hands he could be while we can’t be with him!”

“Megan took such good care of Basie, sending daily photos that always assured me he was more than just ok, he was happy and enjoying his time. Can’t thank you enough!!!”

“I got pictures throughout the visit and Finn looked happy as a lark! I'm pretty sure he was the only little dog so he got the VIP sleep with the kids treatment and got to sleep in the big people's bed too! Christina and her husband and boys are the best sitters Finn has ever had. Finn will always go to them of need be! I also got to do a previsit to check out the environment! That really helped my piece of mind! I'd give them a 10 if that were available! Thanks y'all!”

“sara took great care of my boy. she cares a lot about her pets, which made me feel great during the meet and greet and comfortable to leave my pup with her the next day. very communicative. willow will be back.”

“Crystal is great. She's our first choice from now on. We haven't used Rover before, so we didn't know what to expect. Crystal and her family were great with our pups, and she was really flexible with pickup time. She went above and beyond to make sure our dogs got to enjoy their stay. Can't recommend her enough.”

“Katie rocks! She took the best care of our two fur babies, one senior and one rambunctious two year old. She has a great set up with a big fenced in yard, and a friendly pup of her own who played so well with both of our dogs who have opposite play styles. We highly recommend her, and would love to book with her again!”

“Kayley and her family were amazing with my older dog, Gracie. Sent me pictures and updates regularly letting me know she was happy and cared for. I will definitely be booking again.”

“WOW! Barkfest at Tiffany’s was the perfect place for our furry BFF, Presley! We received regular updates with pictures, texts and videos assuring us that he did NOT miss us one bit as WE were missing him! Rest assured that you are leaving your pet in a great home where dogs are treated better than most people! ❤️”

“We dropped our dogs off for boarding while my partner and I raced in IM Chattanooga and are so thankful that Jaxen was able to watch them! They got to play a bunch and tired themselves out — and got a bath before being picked up. Thank you so much for giving us peace of mind while we raced.”

“Dessire is awesome and we loved her beautiful family and farm!! She was so patient with our little dog who got confused with where her puppy pad was located and had to do a lot of cleanup (we travel and are in bad weather so resort to pads indoors much of the time.) Anyhow we are so grateful to have found such a caring patient person. You will love Dessire and so will your pet!! <3”

“Holly took wonderful care of Bronson! He went on a hike and enjoyed lots of play time with her dog. Holly sent lots of great updates and photos and I knew he was in great hands. I’d highly recommend!”

“Joslynne did an excellent job in watching my dog. She was very professional and she keep us in the loop. She also gave my dog treats. My dog was in heaven playing with her pack He was one tired puppy when he got home. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a fantastic sitter. Thank You!”

“Best sitters ever! They always take amazing care of my Chloe girl and they are always flexible and willing to accommodate my crazy schedule and last minute changes! I appreciate them so much!!”

“Angela was a great host for our English Cocker Spaniel, Poppy! She is clearly an animal lover and loves on Poppy as if she were her own. Her communication was fantastic and sent us cute pics each day. So glad we found Angela!”

About: Your fur babies will be treated like my own while in my care. I'm home all day, have a fenced backyard, and am close to walking trails. While I don't currently have a pet of my own, I have experience with cats and dogs, young and old, and will give your family member the best of care. Your fur baby will be my job while in my care. I'm available 24/7 for belly rubs, walks, snuggles, and treats. Whether it's snoozing inside or sunning outside, your little one makes the call. My backyard is small but fenced, and very secure. Yours can be the only dog or cat if necessary, as I don't currently have any of my own. You'll get lots of pictures and daily check-ins.
About: I have been a dog sitter for senior pets, as well as puppies. I'm familiar with training practices for puppies, and an adequate diet based on dog size needed to sustain their well-being. I love being active and can sustain the energy to keep your furry baby moving. I am available in the mornings and early afternoons to check in and care for pets. I can also board for occasional overnight stays, while you are out of town or away on vacation. In the client's home, I maintain boundaries of where the owner wants the pet to roam. I will clean up any messes or dirt the animal gets into, and will assure to care for your pet as I would my own.

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, daily exercise may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Griffith Creek home-away-from-home, packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Griffith Creek.
Tip: You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
You and your Griffith Creek sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
