About: Taking care of dogs is my passion in life. I currently own 2 dogs, an elderly hound and a young shepherd. My love for these two made me decide to have a career in working with and training working line dogs. This career path has given me a lot of experience with dogs of all types. About: I’ve always had animals in the house, multiple dogs at once. I have 2 dogs of my own to keep your pups entertained while you’re away! I have a fenced in yard to let your pup run wild! I am a dog trainer so if there are any problems behaviors (potty/crate training, barking, jumping, Etc.) we can begin to work on those while you’re away! I have a cat in the home, however she’s got a baby gated portion of the house to take a break from the doggy chaos! I currently have staggered schedule so your pup shouldn’t be alone for more than 4 to 6 hours at a time! There will be plenty of opportunities for potty breaks and play time! I believe dogs need physical and mental stimulation during a “stressful period” (aka, you’re on vacation!) and we have plenty of means to do just that!
About: Pets are my world. I volunteered at an animal rescue for 8 years before I moved out of town. I had a 14-year-old rescue who was blind and diabetic. I gave him two injections a day and cooked his food every week. Let your pup be my new bestie. I currently do not have a set schedule so my schedule is pretty flexible to keep your babies company when needed even in short notice! About: I adopted a rambunctious shelter cat 5 years ago. She’s a wild child with a big personality! And I took in a stray cat about 2 years ago, who needed lots of care, including surgeries, food insecurity behaviors, etc. I’ve cared for cats my entire life, but these 2 girls have taught me how to handle the extremes. I frequently check on my 2 cats, and have no issue stepping away from my desk if needed. In my home: My 2 cats have their own bedroom, catered to their playtime and nap time. They have free rein of the house, and are very welcoming to other cats. They are up to date on vaccinations and vet care, and they do not go outside for their safety. In your home: I will treat your pet(s) as if they were my own, with kindness and patience. I will follow your routine. I will be sure to change my clothes and take off my shoes to avoid any anxiety from smells of my own pets.
