About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was very little! From bottle feeding kittens and newborn puppies, to the older furry friends who need extra attention in different ways. My house has always been full of pets growing up, as I participated in my local 4-H club for 9 years. I have had lots of animals, including lizards, fish, a hedgehog, a ferret, cats, dogs, lambs, goats, pigs, and cattle. I have also had lots of experience over the years taking good care of my neighbors’ and friends’ pets whenever they are out of town. With experience in grooming, boarding, and daycare, I’m comfortable with dogs of all ages, breeds, and sizes including seniors and pets with special needs. I am CPR certified and am currently enrolled in a Veterinary Assisting course to further my education. About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals since I started high school. I grew up with dogs, cats and poultry and those are the animals I’ve taken care of most. I’m comfortable with senior care for sure but young puppies and extremely young kittens are outside of my comfort zone. I’m currently commuting to SU for this last semester and finishing off a major doesn’t allow for a lot of job opportunities that were available previously due to the amount of at-home work required.
