About: I’ve been around dogs since I was a kid. The least I can do is give back to the animals that help us the most in times of need. Be their relief and protect as they do with us. My schedule is pretty flexible! I make time for the fur babies! Maintaining a close eye on the fur baby to make sure they are okay and don’t need anything at the moment. Always making sure the animal is being taken care of, is my first priority. Especially senior dogs that require more care and attention, the better for me because patience is one of the fruits of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22). I take care of my dog daily. I take her on walks/runs to make sure she and I get some exercise and it helps with our zoomies HAHA :) I always make sure doors are locked and they are always within eyesight view whenever I have my hands full with the fur babies to prevent a sneak escape. I respect that different lifestyles require different things (i.e crating vs free roam, scheduled feeding vs grazing, scheduled walks/potty breaks vs whenever they want to go out, etc.) and will maintain that sense of normalcy as much as possible. If you opt for grooming, and I am able to comfortably groom your dog, grooming will take place 1-2 days before your return. That way they have time to decompress after, and if they are stressed for parts, it gives leeway to do little bits over time.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life and am super comfortable around them. I currently work for an animal sanctuary with older dogs and soon to have a couple horses and one goat there. I worked as an animal welfare officer previously therefore, I have a lot of knowledge on animals and their breeds. I also had chickens and Guinea pigs. I used to have bearded dragons too! Many many years of experience handling animals :) I currently work full time for a First State Animal Center and SPCA at their brand new sanctuary for rehabilitating dogs, senior dogs to enjoy the end of their life, and will have horses and a goat there soon. I am available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays all day. The rest of the week, I work 8am-6pm therefore, I can do evenings if needed after 6pm. I am more than willing to go to anyone’s house to pet/house sit or even just go to let them out or play/ feed them. I am willing to stay overnight for owner weekend trips if needed. Just need to let me know so I can arrange childcare for my son and also I have my full time job on Fridays and Sunday 8-6 but can be there after work if staying overnight! Also willing to pet sit any kind of pet!
