About: I have taken care of dogs and cats and have been a dog owner since I have been seven years old. I am very good with dogs and an experienced dog walker! I am currently on summer break from college and have no job so I am available whenever you need me! My availability ranges from the morning to the evening every day! I have a nice safe house and a safe yard and currently do not own my past dog. My home is safe for every dog!

About: Hello! My name is Kara, and while I am new to Rover, I'm certainly looking forward to putting my extensive animal care experience to good use! I currently own two cats named Ernie and Fern, and I hope to one day add some more friends to our family. Nearly every job I've had involved the care of animals, from my first job at a doggy daycare, to a few summers spent working at a veterinary clinic, a challenging but rewarding period of time at an animal shelter, and my most recent work at a dairy farm! Even as a child, several neighbors trusted me enough to ask that I care for their pets while they were out of town. Through all of this, I developed the ability to understand the individual needs of each animal and to work toward meeting those needs. Whether your furry friends love long walks, playtime in the yard, or just hanging out on the sofa, I would love to help out! I'm available for drop-in visits or more extensive stays as well. I just moved to Saratoga with my husband, so I'm looking for some meaningful work to start off my time here. My schedule is relatively open, so I can make time for most types of care routines. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! I am available for a wide range of in-home services. Due to having two cats of my own, I unfortunately cannot have other animals stay at my house. However, I can stay for any length of time with your pets, depending on their needs. Please let me know if your pets require any special assistance/services, and I will do my best to accommodate. About: Hi, I would love to care for your dog! I have over 15 years of professional dog training experience, both in the DC area and on Long Island. During those years, I did extensive dog sitting. My approach is always loving, and caters to the personality and needs of your particular dog. I am just getting back into the business of pet sitting. I was a caregiver for my mom for a long time and did not the time. I do have a cat, but she prefers dogs to other cats! I am currently retired from a career in journalism and social work. I am a musician and a songwriter, which I do from my home mostly. I am able to take frequent breaks. I can provide a good neighborhood for dog walking, I know how to crate train. About: I spent all of my college years house and barn sitting. Chickens, cows, goats, dogs, cats, pigs, you name it, I’ve watched it! I’m familiar with medications and special/senior needs as well. I love all animals and treat them as if they are my own Currently working 5am to 2pm Mondays through Saturdays. Sunday afternoon 10:30am is generally open. However my work schedule is very flexible so i can be pretty accommodating Since i do not have a yard, I wake up early with plenty of time to take my dogs for a solid 20 minute walk before work. About: I’ve had pets my entire life. I am a full time mom so I can’t commit to anything long term, but would be happy to do something every once in awhile. I can run and play and walk with your pet. I’ll talk to them and treat them with respect. I’ve had dogs and cats and have helped my sister take care of her pet bearded dragon. I’ve also helped taken care of a hamster and a hedge hog. I had a pet frog growing up that I also took care of. I have a large yard, so if needed I can bring your dog here to play and run for a little bit. I also live near Saratoga State Park - a great place to walk your dog.

About: I’ve been taking care of pets my whole life. I grew up with many pets including cats, ferrets, snakes, exotic fish, chickens and more. I currently own the sweetest 12 lb. Chiweenie named Augie (he is super gentile and loves other dogs and gets along with all other animals). I am a former field biologist and have two bachelors degrees; one in pre medical biology and another in psychology. As a field biologist I specialized in animal science and traveled to different parts of the world to study multiple species. Currently, I have gone back to school to pursue my bachelors degree In nursing. I am extremely passionate about animals and there is nothing I love more than spending time with them and caring for them. I am experienced in administering medications to a variety of animal species (even chickens!!) and am willing to administer insulin or other IV or IM medications if requested by the pet owner. I take great pride in the service I provide and I am committed to excellence in pet sitting, walking, and boarding! I currently attend school part-time so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups! I am available for boarding 7 days a week with the exception of some holidays and events. I live in a high-security, gated retirement community with an inside-facility pet relief area to ensure the safety of your pet at all hours of the day/night!

About: I’m always helping others take care of their dogs; watching, feeding & playing with them. Even trained my own pups! My fiancé Adam helps me out quite often too, he has grown up with dogs all his life! We are both working from home and have a very flexible schedule! My fiancé is also here to help most days. With doggy daycare and boarding my schedule is flexible to fit anyones needs! Plenty of room and time to play! I have a good sized fenced in yard with two friendly young pups, who will keep your dog company! They love meeting new friends! We have multiple sections in the house to separate dogs if ever needed. Crating your dog is always an option as well! We just fully renovated our detached garage that is next to our house. We made a brand new 400 square-foot indoor play space for the dogs to enjoy! This has a brand new heating and cooling system, electric upgrade, rubber flooring, and a new gated section outdoors. For dogs who just like to hang out, we have a couch that the dogs can lay on too. Our schedule is flexible to fit your needs with drop off and pickup times. During the day, the dogs hang out and play. For dogs who don’t like to play much, and just want to relax, we have a couch or a separate area for them to be in. Throughout the day we take the dogs out about every hour to go to the bathroom because we keep them hydrated due to their high activity. SAFETY is our priority!!! What makes us different than other Rovers sitters is that we make sure each dog has their own individual food/water bowl so they are NOT sharing. We also vacuum and sanitize our floors with pet safe disinfectant everyday to be sure that we are keeping the area clean and safe! If your dog is crated then we sanitize the crate after every use as well! We have a 6 foot tall fence to prevent any dogs from escaping the yard. We also require all dogs to show PROOF of being up to date on vaccinations!
