About: Around 2000, I held this position while working at a dog training facility, Commonwealth Dog Training in VA. Experienced in dog training and dog care all my life. My pack consists of three large dogs, 50+ lbs., that regularly go to dog parks and car rides. I am transitioning in my employment and have time to spare. I enjoy working with dogs and plan to continue when I obtain a caseload. I am fluent in reading dog body language and can navigate all dogs' behaviors. Making them feel comfortable is a priority to feel safe and able to have fun.

About: I have vet assistant experience and i am in college to become a vet nurse! I love all fur babies and would love to walk / pet sit yours! I have experience pet sitting dogs, cats, bunnies, and chickens. I work Monday-Thursday full time at a vet clinic. I am available Fridays-Sundays most of the time. I am also a full time vet tech student doing Purdue's Veterinary Technician Distance Learning program. I own two cats right now and I treat them like they are my children. About: I grew up on a farm and cared for every animal you can think of, from bottle feeding goats to helping deliver babies. I have lots of availability so I'm able to check in on your pet during the day or care for them while you're away for longer time periods. About: I’ve had and taken care of pets ever since I can remember! Friends and family have relied on me to take care of all their pets’ needs, from young to old. I'm currently between jobs, so I'll have plenty of time to take care of and play with your pets! Pets are part of my everyday routine, so I'm accustomed to caring for them! About: I’ve taken care of animals of all kinds since I was a child - dogs (large and small), cats, horses, turtles, rabbits, even chickens! I have experience in puppy training and care, adult dog and cat care, dog walking, pet-sitting, farm-sitting, and house-sitting. I truly enjoy taking care of animals and will do my best to ensure their utmost safety and happiness while in my care. I’m a college student with quite a bit of availability during my long winter and summer breaks. I am fully available any time of the day or week from Dec 20 - Jan 19 and after May 9 of the current year. Outside of my college breaks, I will have more limited time for pet care, but will still be available most weekends and some of the time on weekdays. After January 19, 2026, I will be unavailable from 8am-12:30pm on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays, unavailable Tuesdays from 7:30-11:00am, and unavailable Fridays from 12:30-6:30pm due to my class schedule. I currently care for my family’s own pets, including two friendly dogs, three cats, and three horses. I live at a home with a large yard in a quiet neighborhood. The yard is unfenced as our family dogs stay within the perimeter of our home. For this reason I will leash or clip client dogs to a long line when taking them outside for their own safety, unless the owner is confident in their recall abilities and/or specifically grants them permission to be off leash while supervised. Pets will always have access to clean drinking water, and I have a few dog crates available to use upon request for dogs who may benefit from one (for up to medium-large size). Our two family dogs (a labradoodle and a sheltie) are very friendly, healthy, up to date on all vaccines, and would love to play with your fur babies if they are friendly and healthy in turn. If boarding your dog at my house, I have limited ability to separate client pets from our two dogs, so if you would prefer your dog to not interact with others, I would suggest choosing a pet-sitting service where I come to the pet, rather than the boarding service where the pet comes to me. I encourage owners to send me a detailed list of any specific instructions you may have regarding your fur baby’s care.

About: Hello! I am home for the summer and looking to spend my time with adorable pets and show them some love! I have been taking care of my two dogs since the 5th grade and I just graduated college. I love going for walks and playing fetch. I’m also content chilling on the couch and watching doggies nap. Most days I don’t have any obligations throughout the whole day and can work my daily tasks and errands around walking or checking on dogs. I always make sure my pets have water available all the time, especially in the summer. My dogs usually go on a leash when they are outside, and I feel most comfortable walking dogs with a leash. My dogs eat at the same time every day and get lots of attention when inside.

About: I've taken care of young and old dogs. I've watched family pets for years and have spent a lot of care on specialized research around animals to ensure I give them the best care I can. I love to play with them, never get bored of watching them and ass I started I pay a lot of attention to detail. I can pick up on all those little details in dogs that many sitters will miss. You could not leave your dog with a safer host. I have a very flexible and open schedule right now. I am willing to work whenever and can plan around caring for your pet. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was around 5. My brother was very active in the dog community and often took me with him. I took care of his Rotwilliers whenever he vacationed and had several dogs of my own. I have been a dog sitter for friends and family my whole life and have taken care of dogs for my nanny families in the past! I am currently a part-time nanny, but fit in dog care in my off time! I only work two full days a week, Monday and Thursday, so I have plenty of time for my puppy friends! I love to help out other dog parents and want to make dog care my full-time job. When caring for a dog in another home, I can easily follow instructions you leave for me. I can walk the dogs on a leash, take them to dog parks, or play with them in my own yard. If a dog has to come home with me, I have a large home with plenty of yard for them to run and play in. I have small crates at my own home if needed. I have experience with giving dogs medication due to my own senior dogs and my French bulldog who has had allergy issues.

About: I’ve helped care for pets of my own and my family since I can remember. I adopted 2 dogs and 2 cats of my own almost 8 years ago now. I absolutely adore my fur babies and helping others care for theirs brings me so much joy. I also have now taken on chickens and fish as well, so I have a variety of experience. I’m currently a SAHM homeschooling my oldest and caring for my youngest. I enjoy animals of all kinds, they are my passion and would love to share that with others. Being a SAHM gives me more availability to do drop ins, walks, and care for critters. About: I’ve been a dog owner my entire life and have had experience owning other pets such as geckos, cats, and snakes. I’ve been a pet sitter for a little over two years. My true passion for pet sitting comes from my desire to be accompanied by them, dogs specifically. I work with dogs of all ages, temperaments, and personalities. Dogs of all backgrounds tend to gravitate towards me and I have never had any negative interactions. While studying for my undergrad, I was actually in charge of all the live animal specimens present on the University grounds. Feeding, exercise, and handling/care were done daily, which can explain my comfortability and familiarity with pet care. I currently am home as I finish my masters degree online so my daily schedule is fairly free. I workout and do part-time contract work when I am not doing schoolwork. I’m extremely flexible and will be willing to meet your needs as best as possible. Simply put, I treat the pets like they are my own. I ensure they are met with sufficient attention, exercise, nutrition, and safety while under my supervision. Minimizing stress is my biggest concern (my dog has separation anxiety so I know how it can be). I’ve found it helpful in the past to use my own dog as a bridge between myself and the client’s pet, as his presence tends to build confidence and reassurance.

About: Hello! I have always had dogs in my home since I was born, and I have been helping to take care of them for years. We currently have 3 happy dogs in the home, who are all very friendly! I am very accustomed to giving pills or special food on a schedule along with frequent potty breaks. I would love to take care of your dog in your home, following any requirements necessary to make them be comfortable. I am able to make a few stop ins at your home during the day, or I can stay at your home with your dog to keep them company and be there for any needs. I love to play with the dogs and allow them to feel like a part of the family! I grew up owning horses and have been around livestock my entire life. The last three summers I worked on ranches out west where I cared for both horses and cattle. I am also able to provide my services to farm sit. I work remotely and have a very flexible schedule. This allows me to be able to stay in your home with your furry friend and provide the best care possible. I offer pet sitting in your home, as well as drop in visits, and dog walking. When I am staying in your home with your dog, I can take care of watering plants, bringing in mail, taking out trash, etc.

We have a guest house where I will board your pet, so no need to worry about any interaction with my current pets. I can take crate trained dogs anytime during the week but could only provide potty breaks every 6-8 hours. I am available for dog walks or drop-in visits any day in the afternoon or evening in the Chambersburg, Gettysburg, and Hagerstown areas. Your pet would live only with me in a private guest house. We have 300 acres to go for walks or chase balls! My husband and 9 cats live in the main house. Our cats don’t mind other animals but I can keep your pet away from the cats if you prefer. As a 15 year high school teacher, I am very trustworthy, authentic, and kind. I admit to being a bit of a “crazy animal person” as I try to pet every animal I see! I can be trusted with your animal for an extended time or just an afternoon walk! I can also board hamsters or horses.
