About: I’ve been a devoted animal lover and pet owner for as long as I can remember. From dogs and cats to caring for pets with unique personalities and needs, animals have always been a huge part of my life. Currently, I share my home with a lovable, mischievous hound mix who keeps me on my toes and a cat who completely stole my heart. A few years ago, I lost my soul dog, Jersey, and that experience deepened my understanding of the special bond we share with our pets. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to leave them behind and trust someone else with their care. That’s why I treat every pet as if they were my own—with patience, affection, attention, and plenty of love. Whether your pet needs a quick drop-in visit, playtime, cuddles, a walk, or simply a friendly face while you’re away, my goal is to make them feel safe, happy, and cared for. About: I have a way with animals. Pets that don't like people typically tend to be my best friends. I have always loved animals ever since I was little. My goal is to be friends with every animal I meet. You have fun and I will make sure your pet does as well. I work full time in sales, so I am quite flexible. I can typically work my schedule to fit around what I need to do. I am happy to drop in and hung out with your pet while you are away. I love to go for walks, so I will be happy to tire a pet out with some good walk time.

“I have had my sweet little dog for over 15 years. No one has walked her except for family members and the people at doggy daycare. She is also deaf and partially blind. So I was extremely nervous to have somebody else walk her. But this was perfect! Leandrea did a great job with Jolie! She was on time, didn’t mind Jolie dragging her around the condo building several times, and give her kisses. It was wonderful to hear and to see Jolie happy and excited in all the pictures.”

About: I have had dogs my entire life. Recently, my husband and I, lost our beautiful friend, Freckles. She was 14.5 years old. I am retired, and want to help people who struggle with finding someone reliable to care for their furry friends. I've been there! I'm currently working 1 to 2 days per week, very part time hours. Would like to be with dogs occasionally, since my husband and I are not going to get another pet at this time in our lives. I do have a fenced in backyard, not sure if I will be doing daycare or overnights at my house right now. New to Rover, so want to start our with dog walking and dog house visits.

About: I am a lover of all animals (dogs, cats, snakes, you name it) and have always owned cats. I've regularly dogsat for family members while they're on vacation, but my cat Lily does not get along well with dogs, so I have never had one personally. I am very active and outdoorsy, and would make sure your furbabies remain active and happy while they're being cared for by me. I am comfortable caring for animals who may require a little extra care, as I'm accustomed to administering my family cat Lily with her twice daily medication. I work a part-time service industry job, so I am always available before 3pm on weekdays, and do not tend to work very long shifts on any day of the week other than Saturday. My schedule varies every week, but I would not accept a job for days that I will be working too much. My family cat, Lily, is 17.5 years old with severe hearing loss and a twice daily medication. I regularly medicate her and ensure she is happy and healthy throughout the day, and would do the same with your furbabies.

I have a flexible work schedule and I work from home. So its easy for me to manage and look after your furry dog baby. I have a dog and her name is Daisy. I have trained her myself. She's well behaved baby. I spent time playing with her and she is very fun to be around and very needy, but that's love.

About: Hi, I’m Ashling! Animals have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, spent my teenage years as the go-to neighborhood babysitter and pet sitter, and today, I’m a proud pet parent to two wonderful Wheatens of my own. ​Because of my personal experience with dogs of all backgrounds, I understand that every animal is unique. My philosophy is to always meet animals where they are at—building trust at their pace while providing a safe, confident, and structured environment. I'm currently accepting weekday appointments for now and will accept some overnights and weekends. I have a flexible schedule at this point and will be able to care for pets multiple times throughout the day and night. I will treat your home and your pets with the utmost respect and try to follow the schedule and routine to make sure your pet is comfortable in their home while you're away. Their safety and comfort is my highest priority.

About: Nothing probably sets me apart from other sitters. I always carry a mini journal and pen around with me to jot down notes or things I need to remember, especially if there are specific instructions, like dietary or playtime needs for pets. I usually am the one who takes my family dog for a walk every day since I'm the only one in my family who has the most amount of free time on their hands. If I ever dog sat for a friend's pet in my home, I usually don't really change my routine but add the necessary care requirements for both dogs. When I'm staying over at a friend's or family member's house while watching their pet, I still do a similar routine when I'm at home, but I stay on high alert and make sure I don't leave snacks or anything I bring anywhere the dog can reach.

About: My unconditional love for all animals. Every cat or dog that I meet I treat and cherish as if they were my own fur baby. I do work a full time job, 8-4 Mon-Fri. However, I am looking to use some of my free time taking care of your fur baby! I do my best to maintain whatever routine you have with your fur baby. About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life, and have spent the last four years taking care of dogs at a doggy daycare where I became an assistant manager! I've become skilled in positive reward based training, applying/giving medication, and reading animal body language. I am very willing to be as flexible and communicative within the restraints of my current job.
