“As always, Rupert came home happy after a fun weekend with Laura. I love knowing that he’s in good hands & I can enjoy what ever I’m doing (in this case, it was my oldest son’s wedding weekend!). Laura is great about sharing pictures & short recaps of their days together! Thank you, Laura!”

“Ashlee is absolutely amazing! She provided us with adorable pictures and updates during Boscos stay; we will definitely be requesting future sittings and sending friends her way!”

“Marilynn took care of our two sassy lil pups for an entire week. The sassy part is that they don't typically play nice with other dogs - unless they are at Marilynn's! She has worked her dog-whispering magic on them and they have become more sociable. They love Marilynn and we do too:)”

“Scott was very accommodating and communicative, we got several pictures and even a short video of our dog out playing in the fresh snow. Our dog has a fear of smooth floors and Scott was able to layout enough rugs and beds that Barley was comfortable. Will book again.”

“Zach was great! I really appreciate he receives one client per booking, that was helpful for my anxious dog. They loved being couch potatoes and going to the outside to play and hunt invisible animals. My dogs felt at home really fast! Also he was willing to learn a couple of commands in Spanish to communicate with my mexican dogs ❤️.”

“Daniel and Holly are incredibly organized, care about your dog’s routine and genuinely love animals. My dog had a great stay with their other fur guests. Holly provided me with details and upbeat feedback on how he was doing. 10 out of 10 recommend!”

“Rebecca was always in touch, sent lots of photos and very responsive through our extended boarding stay! Will definitely book again! Thank you for keeping my fur baby so happy and healthy!!!”

“Mary was such a wonderful dog sitter! My family and I were always checking my phone for updates with the pictures and videos she would send! She had all the necessary things provided over the 4 days! We showed up with our pups and their food and they were good to go! Thank you for everything, the dogs had a blast running around with the other dogs! I would highly recommend, certainly will use her again!”

“Max and his girlfriend took great care of my pup!! She loved having other dogs to play with. Max has a wonderful personality and vibe. He is very compassionate and you can tell has a spot in his heart for dogs. My pup had a ton of time playing outside, took walks and had a park adventure. Max is accommodating and was happy go alloys my pup to relax on the furniture and most importantly sleep/snuggle up in bed at night. Would HIGHLY recommend anyone to Max gor dog sitting.”

“Tracy was great with Hana and gave frequent updates and pictures. Tracy clearly has great experience taking care of dogs with all types of temperaments and I felt Hana was in great hands!”

“We had Kristi watch our dog, Roxie, for a few days. It takes Roxie some time to warm up to new places and people. When Roxie wasn’t eating much, Kristi gave her some extra treats and tried some other foods to get her to eat a bit more, which I appreciated. We will use Kristi again!”

“Our 11 month old vizsla puppy is a handful and Debbie handled him beautifully with training experience, understanding, and love. He received dedicated one on one care for the 6 days we were away on vacation and we couldn’t be more pleased. Her daily photo updates were comforting and thoughtful. We would love to have Debbie host our pup again in the future!”

“Tyler was amazing! Toby absolutely adored staying with him for the week. Tyler went above and beyond my expectations of him as a sitter. Definitely will rebook if I ever need someone to watch Toby while we go on vacation. Thank you so much!”

“Sarah was great with Simba! He did one overnight & l she communicated with me very well (sent over pictures & responded fast as well). This was the first time Simba came back home relaxed & happy (not stressed or relieved to be home). Which made us feel very pleased & comfortable that Sarah had taken great care of Simba. We already have upcoming bookings with her !”

“Elba was so wonderful to my dog! He is a very shy dog, and while he was very well behaved, he did have a few problems. She even washed him! I would definitely go back to her, if Tydus cooperates better :-)”

“Yshonda is absolutely wonderful and genuinely cares! Thank you so much for keeping me updated and loving our babies as your own! Highly recommended!”

“Samantha and her husband were the best! They provided great attentive care for our dogs. We were nervous leaving our rescue with a new person, but it couldn’t have gone better! She did everything to help ensure the dogs had as much of a vacation as we did!”

We love the updates she gives on the rover card with lots of pictures and details on her visits. Thank you again Leandrea!!”

About: Hi, I’m Ashling! I love all animals, and cats hold a very special place in my heart. I’ve been caring for cats since middle school, when I started out as the go-to neighborhood cat sitter. Today, I am the first-choice caregiver for my family and friends whenever they travel and need someone to keep their kitties safe, comfortable, and content. I understand that cats are creatures of habit and can be sensitive to changes in their environment or routine. My primary goal is to minimize their stress and ensure they feel secure while you're away.

About: I am new to Milwaukee and look forward to providing reliable, professional care for your pet. I offer drop-in visits and house sitting for cats in your home. You can expect a free Meet & Greet with all new clients so we can review your cat's routine, go over your expectations and decide if I am a good fit for your needs. Visits include feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime or companionship based on your cat's personality, medications if needed, and photo updates after each visit. Please reach out with any questions!
“Mary is a great communicator - she let me know when she was at my house and sent pics during her visit. Overall, she was a caring, attentive friend to my furries! I would absolutely partner with Mary again. 😊”

“Vanessa was communicative, prompt, and kind to our sweet kitty mochi! We are extra grateful she came by over the holidays. We are so glad we found her and can’t wait to invite her over again soon.”

“Heather has become our go-to cat sitter whenever we need to go out of town. She is reliable, a great communicator, and has gone above and beyond being flexible with us due to changing travel plans and during inclement weather, we appreciate you so much Heather!!”

“Jenn took excellent care of our sweet kitty Lola. Even though Lola is quite shy, Jenn did her all to engage her and make her feel comfortable. I appreciate her professionalism greatly. Would highly recommend.”

“With my travel schedule for work it is hard to plan ahead and Sarah has been so accommodating with my schedule and taking on watching Flossy it gives me a sense of security knowing she is there for me. She is a great communicator and she is someone that really loves her job. I couldn’t be more satisfied as a customer with Rover and Sarah is the sole reason for that.”

“Was able to accommodate a last-minute booking due to unexpected surgery and was super-accommodating over the weekend hospital stay updates. The pups looked super happy in every pic! Thanks so much.”

“Michele took such fabulous care of our babies! They can be shy with new friends, but warmed up to Michele so quickly - especially rare for our reserved calico. Rover cards were detailed and the photos were so cute! Highly recommend if you are seeking someone who will care for your pets like their own.”

“Lilly took excellent care of my kitties! She followed my instructions, gave daily updates and photos and played with them. She cleaned up a mess one of them made and informed me of her health concern. When I arrived home they were happy and not “mad” at me. I would recommend her to others and will use her again.”

“Katie was great! Our cat Millie was very shy and hid a lot but Katie always found a way to snap a picture of her for us ;) She also took great care trying to integrate her into the new surroundings. Would 100% recommend her!”

“Marilia is very thorough and professional in the way she conducts herself. From scheduling a meet-and-greet to setting up a time to pick up the house key, she made sure all the details were taken care of. On the days that she popped in to feed our cats she promptly sent photos of and comments about the things we asked her to do. Our kitties were happily waiting for us when we returned from our trip, well fed and in good spirits. We will be comfortable and confident when we hire Marilia again for future bookings. Holly & Sid W.”

About: I have owned cats for the past 15 years. I will rephrase that cats have owned me for the past 15 years since cat energy is on a different level haha I can administer medications and will keep the litter box clean. I will provide your kitties with either love and snuggles and/or some respectful space depending on their personality and specific needs.

About: I’ve never owned a cat as I used to be extremely allergic. As I’ve gotten older and I have multiple friends with cats, I’ve found out I am able to be around cats and love on them with just a daily allergy pill. With that, I’ve come to realize how much I truly enjoy taking care of them.
About: Nothing probably sets me apart from other sitters. I always carry a mini journal and pen around with me to jot down notes or things I need to remember, especially if there are specific instructions, like dietary or playtime needs for pets. I usually am the one who takes my family dog for a walk every day since I'm the only one in my family who has the most amount of free time on their hands. If I ever dog sat for a friend's pet in my home, I usually don't really change my routine but add the necessary care requirements for both dogs. When I'm staying over at a friend's or family member's house while watching their pet, I still do a similar routine when I'm at home, but I stay on high alert and make sure I don't leave snacks or anything I bring anywhere the dog can reach.

About: I’m a cat-focused pet sitter who is comfortable caring for cats with different personalities, including shy or nervous cats who need patience and space to warm up. I pay close attention to each cat’s normal routine and behavior. During visits, I can handle feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, playtime, enrichment, and lots of companionship. I know how important it is for cat parents to feel updated, so I send photo updates after every visit.

About: Hi! I have a wonderful 4 year old cat named Bessie! She is an anxious but curious girly so I am great at calming nervous cats. I am also creative at helping cats take medication. Bessie is obsessed with two things: playing and her mom. Because of her obsessions, I have learned how to make toys and games with very little. I am also very well versed in taking care of cats post op surgery.
About: Hello! (Usually available after 5:30 pm during the week days and free on Fridays) My name is Stephane and I'm a project engineer in environmental science. I have had cats since my childhood, a mother, and a daughter I had the chance to live with for 20 years. Today, I have a cat I got from a refuge, called Juno. He was super shy and introverted due to his sad past but I can see a lot of progress in his behavior. He is some work but seeing him getting more and more free makes me happy. I have also always been with dogs and love to take them on walks and play with them. I took care daily of my roommate's dog (Kenny) in Toronto, taking him regularly on walks and dog parks. I live in North Water Street and can drive to your home to take care of your best friend(s). I'm also an aquarist and can look of your aquatic friends if you need it. I hope to see you soon and your best friend! I always start my day with a hello to Juno :) He usually comes to me claiming food like for having breakfast and we cuddle after. Which is a perfect start for having a good day. I will follow any instructions you give me to keep your pet routine as normal as possible. I will be respectful of your space and will always ensure that everything is closed and safe for your pet. I can send you updates with photos if you need them.

“Yshonda has great communication and is very fast at responding. Hotch loves his time with her and he is always so excited to go and play! He always comes home exhausted from a day full of love and playtime!”

About: I owned a dog growing up and cared for and trained one with my family. I sit for friends and family from time to time and I love to play and take dogs for walks and, if they are able, runs of up to a few miles! I have a fenced in yard, and my kids (4, 8) are also great with animals. I work from home. With the exception of rare travel days, school drop-offs, and evening events, I will always be around the house to care for your pup. Your pet will get the attention it needs, as I work from home and I have a fenced in yard, as well as young boys that are great with animals. Frequent outside visits and play times are very doable.

“Daniel and Holly definitely love dogs and are personable and friendly every time we go there. They sent us numerous text messages, including pictures, telling us how things were going. Bug is a very active dog and really benefits from a couple walks each day. I’m not sure if that happened.”

“This was first experience with a sitter as well as our puppy's first time with a sitter, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We appreciated the love, attention, and updates. He was well cared for, and we could tell he was happy and comfortable. Thank you for taking good care of him Max.”

About: For over forty years we’ve always had dogs in our home. We have a sweet pitbull mix that we adopted last year. She came from a home with several dogs so she loves to meet and make new friends. We enjoy providing a good home to animals and we look forward to caring for your pets. Potty breaks can be provided every two hours. Your dog will have plenty of opportunities throughout the day to run, play fetch, or explore in our fenced backyard. We try to follow the same routine as you would for your pet at home. We only care for two dogs at a time as we have a dog of our own. The dogs have free run of the house if the owner doesn’t specify otherwise.
“Alexandrea took great care of my 12 week old puppy Driggs. 😊 She sent me lots of photos of Driggs and kept me updated on how he was doing. She also watched him back to back last minute and I appreciated her willingness to do so! I will definitely be using her again and totally recommend her!”

“Markie and Logan came home smiling and tired, which is really all I ask. they had a blast playing with all of the other dogs, and Logan didn't want to come inside from Joe's back yard!”
“Mandi was great! Good communication and pics and videos during the visit. Would definitely recommend Mandi and will look for her availability next time I need a Rover sitter for my dog”

“Our dog had an awesome day with Louise! She was great with little Stuart and so easy to work with for us. She accommodated a long day with our schedules and is so kind. She gave our dog personal care and very loving for our needy little puppy. We plan to book with Louise again, can’t recommend her enough!”

“Very pleased with our first day. Elba is very welcoming and treated Coco like part of her family. She took Coco for a walk and I can tell there was play time with her friendly dog as Coco came home tired and well behaved. She shared couple pictures which I foward with my Army deployed son in Kuwait (Coco's dad). Glad to find someone i can trust my son's dog with. Looking forward to future services until he comes back.”

About: I have had dogs my entire life. Recently, my husband and I, lost our beautiful friend, Freckles. She was 14.5 years old. I am retired, and want to help people who struggle with finding someone reliable to care for their furry friends. I've been there! I'm currently working 1 to 2 days per week, very part time hours. Would like to be with dogs occasionally, since my husband and I are not going to get another pet at this time in our lives. I do have a fenced in backyard, not sure if I will be doing daycare or overnights at my house right now. New to Rover, so want to start our with dog walking and dog house visits.

About: I’ve been a devoted animal lover and pet owner for as long as I can remember. From dogs and cats to caring for pets with unique personalities and needs, animals have always been a huge part of my life. Currently, I share my home with a lovable, mischievous hound mix who keeps me on my toes and a cat who completely stole my heart. A few years ago, I lost my soul dog, Jersey, and that experience deepened my understanding of the special bond we share with our pets. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to leave them behind and trust someone else with their care. That’s why I treat every pet as if they were my own—with patience, affection, attention, and plenty of love. Whether your pet needs a quick drop-in visit, playtime, cuddles, a walk, or simply a friendly face while you’re away, my goal is to make them feel safe, happy, and cared for. I also know how important peace of mind is for pet parents, so you can expect regular updates, photos, and communication throughout my visits. Because I work from home, I have a flexible schedule that often allows me to accommodate drop-in visits and pet care needs throughout the day. I’m committed to providing dependable, compassionate care and building a trusting relationship with both you and your pets. I look forward to meeting your furry family members and becoming someone you can count on whenever you need a helping hand! 🐾❤️ I work from home and have a decently flexible schedule. I have a young son and pets of my own but thankfully I share these responsibilities with my rockstar husband so I will be able to care for your fur babies. I understand that having a stranger in your home can be a little uncomfortable. I will 💯 respect your space and keep things clean in order for your while you are gone. Please let me know your preferences for my stay.
About: I work as a nurse - I love humans and dogs! You will find me in the woods hiking with my pups or getting our steps in throughout the neighborhood. Dog walking is my greatest stress relief! I am currently in limbo between jobs for the next month. I would love to get out and spend my days walking dogs while I had the opportunity. Open to anytime of the day. Leashed walks and play time in a fenced in yard. My goal is to keep your pet safe and well cared for at all times.

About: I’ve lived with cats and dogs of many different breeds, and loved them all. Let me help out with your pet and they’ll probably like me too! Currently I have sporadic trips planned until I start classes at the end of August, then my availability will greatly differ but I’m not sure of the exact hours. I can’t care for pets in my home due to one of my cats being very unfriendly, but I will take great care in your home if necessary!
About: My children and I love dogs! I have been around dogs my entire life. I had a dog growing up who I adored. I would love to provide a caring environment for your dog. I offer overnight stays in my home, drop in visits, and dog walking services. I am more than happy to send daily photos, text updates, or phone calls regarding your furry family member's care. Look forward to meeting you and your pet.

About: I’ve been the go-to pet sitter for my family and friends for years because I actually enjoy the 'tricky' stuff. From helping my own senior dog with bladder issues to winning over an abused, reactive Rottweiler, I have a lot of heart for pets that need a little extra patience. I’m also totally comfortable with bearded dragons and cats! I’m used to walking dogs in areas without fences, so I’m very careful on the leash and always keep safety first. I’ve had to clean up after bad sitters so I'll make sure your house stays spotless and your pets stay happy while you’re gone! Animals are a huge part of my daily life, so I build my schedule around making sure they feel safe and cared for. I’m currently available Monday-Sunday with Flexible Hours and am always happy to help with last-minute requests or holiday bookings when you're in a pinch. Which is perfect for seniors needing extra potty breaks or reactive pups who need a calm, un-rushed walks. I make your pet's routine my top priority every single day! Safety is Always my top priority, but keeping your pets happy is a close second! Whether I’m hanging out with your cat, dog, or bearded dragon (exc. I stick strictly to the routine you’ve set so they feel totally secure while you're gone. Since I’m used to walking pups in areas without fences, I’m always extra careful to double-check leashes and harnesses before we head out the door. I’m also a bit of a neat freak so I’ll make sure your home is pet-proofed and leave it even cleaner than I found it. I’m a big believer in open communication, so expect plenty of photo updates of your best friends (scales or fur!) so you can relax knowing they’re in great hands!

“Alexis was very accommodating right from the beginning! Not only was she able to fit me in the same week while meeting my dog prior, but she made sure to let me know when she was arriving to my apartment along with sending a picture at the end. I would definitely recommend and plan to use her again!”

About: Hi, I’m Ashling! Animals have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier, spent my teenage years as the go-to neighborhood babysitter and pet sitter, and today, I’m a proud pet parent to two wonderful Wheatens of my own. Because of my personal experience with dogs of all backgrounds, I understand that every animal is unique. My philosophy is to always meet animals where they are at—building trust at their pace while providing a safe, confident, and structured environment. I'm currently accepting weekday appointments for now and will accept some overnights and weekends. I have a flexible schedule at this point and will be able to care for pets multiple times throughout the day and night. I will treat your home and your pets with the utmost respect and try to follow the schedule and routine to make sure your pet is comfortable in their home while you're away. Their safety and comfort is my highest priority.

Currently I have a cat named Stella who has provided me lots of experience in anxious cats as well as in tricks on giving medication. I am currently a substitute teacher with the summer off so I can provide pop in visits throughout the week as well as the weekends! Safety of pets is my number one priority with your pets as well as my own. I will always care for your pet like they are my own when I am with them to ensure they have adequate care.
