Prior to me arriving they sent a welcome text with a series of questions to enure they were ready for any situation that might occur while i was away. Their house and yard are super nice, they have a seperate room for their pet guests. After dropping my baby off, within 20 minutes I got my first picture. I got two pictures each day and evening of my pup having fun. Picking her up they had everything ready to go ontime and helped me load it in my truck. Thomas and Matthew are my personal puppy sitters going forward. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!”

Mentioning because if you want that you need to talk to Chad to arrange it. Chad agreed not to crate my dog which is good because he hasn’t been in a crate in years, and Max seems in good health when I picked him up, moved pretty good for a senior dog.”

She handled that curve ball so professionally and she was an excellent listener as we were texting. With her help she and I came up with some strategies and he settled in. Our booking with Peggy was so great -- she was very responsive and we met her beforehand to meet our pup Lumi, which made us feel really comfortable leaving Lumi with her. She has a safe backyard with high walls, which also made us feel more comfortable (our dog can jump things!). Peggy sent us lots of photos and checked in several times. She really treated Lumi with so much love -- letting her on her couch and sending the cutest photos. Highly recommend Peggy, she is great!
I had a great first experience boarding my dog, Ellie, with Devta for a 6-day span of time. From the first meet-up in introducing Ellie to Devta and Olive, Devta was able to create strong space for me to ask any questions that I had. She was communicative and was interested in learning about Ellie and her nuances, commands and tricks, schedule and routine, etc. During the stay, Devta sent consistent pics and updates on how Ellie was doing and was attentive to her behavior and vibe, how she was adjusting, how she was interacting with other dogs, etc.. When I ran into issues with my travel/flights, Devta was flexible and was able and willing to watch Ellie for another evening which was greatly appreciated. Ellie's transition home was incredibly smooth after her almost week-long stay, which was a tell-tale sign she did really well with Devta. Would very much recommend for boarding!
Pat has been amazing as a pet sitter. She is professional but also takes a personal interest in the health and well-being of every client, furry and non. My dog tends to be higher on the anxiety scale but is always comfortable and calm while she's there and even when I pick her up. I highly recommend Pat, have used her pet-sitting services a few times already with great success, and will continue to do so.
Wašté was the best sitter we have EVER had. I’m so impressed with the love and care she gave my herd of animals. Especially my sweet Luigi, He can be a handful at times but Wašté was so amazing with him, he didn’t want to leave! I can’t sing her praises enough! Patrick and his family were extremely kind, courteous, and followed all of my instructions. While I missed my two dogs very much, I had no worries while they were in Patrick’s care. I got pictures and updates regularly and pick up/drop off was easy and flexible. I’ll definitely be requesting Patrick’s care for our next trip!
Carlota was very nice and welcoming to my dog and cat. She was able to take them in with short notice over a holiday weekend and we are very appreciative. I did have to message her every day first to get an update on the animals, but she was typically prompt in answering. She obviously cares about animals very deeply, just needs to work on some communication.
