“great dog sitter! Laura took great care of our pup, kept us updated, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Our dog came home happy and well cared for. We highly recommend them and will definitely book again!😊”

About: I've had dogs my entire life and started dog sitting at a young age. I currently have 2 dogs and would gladly welcome your pet into the mix. I feel that dogs truly are our best friends so you can rest assured they will be well taken care of when they're with me. I've watched puppies, seniors and I've even watched a dog that just got out of surgery. I freelance as a photographer and I spend part of my day editing which means plenty of time with your dog! I will make sure your pet gets lots of attention and play time. I walk the dogs daily and have a TON of toys. I have 2 dogs that can play with and keep your dog company. I have crates if needed as well. Dogs will be leashed in my yard at all times but I have parks near by to make sure they get exercise.
“Olive was at Tabitha’s first time and he was well take care of. She was very patient and gave him time to adjust to the new environment. Olive came back home a happy dog which speaks to how much he enjoyed his day with Tabitha and her dogs.”

“Sarah and her family took amazing care of our dog Berry!! He had a wonderful time playing in the yard and with other dogs. Sarah was incredibly responsive and sent us pictures and updates throughout his time with her. We really appreciate her accommodating our last minute day care request and highly reccomend her!”

“I was very happy with the care Sam received. Brenda is very patient and knowledgeable. Sam was very shy and she worked with that. He loved running with her. Her daughter was amazing with him. He followed her everywhere. He also got along with Brenda’s pets. I have already booked her again.”

“From Day 1, Orlena has been a pleasure to book with. My pup is always excited to go to her house. Orlena provides great feedback, and she shares wonderful pictures at the conclusion of each visit.”

“First time dog parent. First time Rover app user. So glad Monty & I connected with Raquel. From first point of contact, meet and greet, day one and day two of doggy care was absolutely amazing. Raquel is a genuine, authentic, dog care provider. Communication ✅. Care Expectations Met ✅. Very Responsive✅. Professional✅. Personable✅. She’s passionate about caring for dogs and it is shown through her attentiveness to the well-being of dogs while under her care. Raquel’s sitter etiquette is superb. To see her love on Monty at drop-off and pick up gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was being left in good hands. To make things even better she shared updates via pics and videos throughout the day on each doggy daycare visit. Hands down, we’ll be re-booking Raquel. #RaquelROCKS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I like that I was able to take a tour, inside and out, of where my girls would be during daycare. The property was kept clean and well maintained. I appreciated the pictures and updates throughout the day. I had an overall very positive experience and would definitely recommend.”

About: I currently have 4 husky pups that are very well socialized and would love more friends to play with. I also work with rescue groups to help pups in need. I have never met a pup I didn’t love! I currently work from home. Your pet will hardly be in a create and will be treated just like one of mine. Many potty breaks throughout the day. I often get on the floor and play so they know I am part of the pack. Toys? Well let’s just say there is not a shortage of toys in the house. Every room we visit has a “toy box”. Treats? No shortage of those here either but, I like to make them earn them - like enforcing commands they already know and rewarding them for going potty. I have almost a half acre with a fully fenced in back yard. Your pet will go out multiple times a day. I also foster and rescue pups so I am very good with socializing new pups with mine. They have previously lived with smaller pups such as a Jack Russell and Yorkie and they loved them to pieces. They also attend “daycare” and “overnight camp” in order to keep them socialized. I also feel like meet and greets are important to ensure your pup(s) interact well with mine. Safety is my number one concern. As I have stated mine are well socialized and I want nothing more to help others socialize theirs as well. Safety is a top priority in my home. I do accept puppies you well you just need to message me separately is we can discuss. My yard is fully fenced in and almost a 1/2 acre. I stop my work day to play fetch it for them for about an hour.
“Daisy is the very best! My puppy Shiloh had the best time playing with Piper and the other pups. Daisy sent frequent messages, photos, and videos to keep me updated throughout the day. I recommend Daisy to anyone looking for pet care!”

“We left two our two Australian Shepherd mixes with Paola for the day while attending a family reunion from out of town and were happy with their care. The dogs were comfortable with her and enjoyed relaxing in her comfy air conditioned home on a hot day. She sent photos and sent them home with cute report pages about their adventures.”

About: We have over 40 years of experience. We've had dogs our whole lives growing up. We have an eight -year-old 10 pound male Yorky & a two-year-old 90 pound male Bernese Mountain dog, both very loving. We have a big backyard with a fence. 2 1/2 acres of woods with trails to play in & for fun walks. My 4 kids even love dogs! Our dogs are like our kids. Every pet we had has a special place in our hearts. I am partly remote worker. My husband is home most of the day. We have no problem with scheduling. We only require 24 hours notice. We have a big kitchen, living room and dining room open space. We have a big backyard. The backyard is completely fenced in. We have a big double kennel dog crate depending on the dogs preference how to sleep. We like to keep the doggie’s uncaged & happy as much as possible..
“Lady had a wonderful stay! Jessica was very thoughtful and set up a meet-and-greet beforehand, which helped Lady feel comfortable. Lady loved being in her home and did great with her two dogs. When I picked her up, she looked happy and relaxed. She got walks, ate well, and came home settled and slept great that night. I really appreciated the care, communication, and welcoming environment. I would definitely recommend this sitter and would feel comfortable booking again.”

About: We are a loving family of 4 who love to care for dogs. We are seeking dogs who are kid-friendly because we do have two kids (10 & 11 yrs old) who help lend a hand in caring for your doggie. I work from home most days and am able to give your pup lots of attention. If we leave the house it’s not usually for more than 2 hours. If we are watching a puppy, we adjust our routine to the puppy’s needs. We have a fenced in yard and love caring for dogs in our home. We often go for hikes and love to go to the dog park too, so please let us know if you foresee any issues with this so we can make adjustments to our routine as needed. All breeds welcome, but no aggressive dogs allowed. Dogs must be house trained (with the exception of puppies).
“She’s really friendly and patient with my big boy, I feel really happy to found her. 100% recomendable for energetic dogs. Definitely she will take care of my dog more often.”

Frequently asked questions about Rover
As of August 2026, there are 427 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Great Falls. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Great Falls commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in SC ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 427 sitters in Great Falls, 86% respond to messages in under an hour.
You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
