I currently have an almost 3-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer, a German Shepherd, and a rescue pit bull, so I’m very comfortable handling active, strong, and high-energy dogs. I currently work at a family owned business with flexible hours and I do school online so with a couple days notice I will be easy to get in touch with and fit your needs in my schedule. About: Apart from caring for my own family's dogs over the years, I helped with my friend's parents dog sitting service in high school. I volunteered with a cat rescue in Greenville, SC for 3 years before moving back to my hometown. My mom calls me her "resident vet", and calls on me for baths, nail trimmings, and care any time her dog has an upset stomach or injury. I admittedly will talk to your pet like they are a human child, and will very well come up with a song about them during their care. I am trustworthy, dependable, (goofy) and committed to giving your pet the best care possible. I look forward to helping make sure your pet is well cared for while you are away! I currently work from home Monday-Friday 11:30am-8pm, and would only be available to provide overnight pet sitting services if I have WiFi and a space to work available in your home! Each walk and visit will come with a paper log of when your pet ate, how our walk(s) went, and any notable concerns or praise!

About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 13, whether it was neighbors or family, I always put forth the effort to make your pets feel loved and supported! I’m currently a student so I’ll have plenty of time to drop by and play with your pets, feed them, and walk them, if desired. About: I’ve grown up with dogs all throughout my life. I’ve owned a dog for about 4 and a half years now. I’ve also owned two cats but was slightly allergic, but I am more than willing to take care of them too. Animals have had such a huge impact on my life. About: My experience comes from owning my own pets (goats,chickens,ducks,dogs,cats,bunnies,guinea pigs,hamsters) and petsitting (yes, even even horses, pigs, snakes and bugs). About: Hi, my name is Shavonna and I’ve been on Rover since the beginning of Spring 2019. I’m 32yrs old and I live in Rock Hill SC, and I have two boys and a daughter. They are 1yr, 4yr, and a 11yr. I love working with animals, it’s my passion other than being a mother to my kids. I went to school for veterinary assistant and have a certification to help animals or to take care of them. I treat animals is like they was my own. I’m very sweet and gentle when it comes to someone pet and if you let me I can show you how a good pet sitter I can be! My skills are is to let the pet know that I’m in control because sometimes the pet might run over you, so you have to show them who’s boss. Any other way I will not neglect the animal nor abuse, I feel that’s an awful thing to do! Like I said you have to treat the animals as just as if was my own because they are human beings just in a different way! I work from home. So basically I be at home the majority of the day. About: I have always been around dogs and cats from the moment I was born so I’ve learned how to take care of them with years of experience. I’m currently working full-time but I do get off early most times during the week. The least I work a day is four hours and the most I work is eight hours. I am usually at work longer on the weekend. I love playing with animals so if you have toys that they like I will use those. I will also play outside with them. If your pet is not much of a player then that is fine as well. About: I have had cats and dogs my entire life! Before I moved to SC 3 years ago, I spent a few years working for a non-profit animal shelter in Louisiana. My job included cleaning kennels, feeding/watering, medicine administration, socialization, preparation for adoption/freedom rides, and of course lots and lots of pets and cuddles. I currently have 2 large rescue dogs (Cooper-5, Moo-3) and 1 rescue cat (Josephine-1) with my fiancé (Matthew-29). We love to take the animals on daily walks and hikes on long weekends! My purpose in life is to make sure my pets live a better life than me. And they definitely do! I have a very flexible full time job that allows me to be home most of the time. I make sure my dogs get daily walks and my cat’s litter box is cleaned daily! And enrichment activities on days where the weather doesn’t cooperate. My pets are my life. They are always up to date on their vaccinations, kennel trained, and always on a leash when not inside our home/fence. They also get clipped in when we go on truck rides. Moo has had to undergo TPLO surgery on one of her legs so I have plenty of patience for a 8 week recovery for a hyper active dog. Including administering her medication, doing her daily stretches and icing, as well as making sure she got outside time by pushing her in a cart on walks.
