“Ross was great! We requested a meet and greet before we set up an appointment and he was more than happy to come to the house a month ahead of time and meet our dogs. Our dogs welcomed him like he was one of the family. We knew then it was going to be a good match. Ross was outstanding when it came to communication. We were getting a little worried a few days before our vacation as we had some plans fall through with previous pet sitters. Then I received a text from Ross the following day just following up on what we needed from him. He did daily check ins with us and sent us a picture each day of our puppies. I remember saying on our last day of vacation - that I never felt so relaxed on a vacation because I for once didn’t have to worry about my dogs while I was gone.
