“Mae was extremely communicative and definitely went above and beyond when caring for my three kitties! They fed, played with, and made sure boxes were clean for my babies. My cats looked very happy in the photos they sent, which was much appreciated. I would definitely book again!”
“Jill was absolutely phenomenal with our fur babies! This is the first time we've used Rover and were incredibly nervous. Not only were we trusting a stranger in our home with our dogs but we would be out of the country and unable to do anything if things went wrong. Jill was everything we could have hoped for and so much more! She loved our babies and made sure they were happy! She even gave our cats attention eventhough they weren't on the list of pets for her to care for. Jill made sure to keep us well updated daily and took some of the best photos of our pets. We were able to fully relax on vacation knowing she was there to care for our babies and we will without a doubt, book her the next time we go out of town. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Jill! You are one of a kind!”

About: Hi! My name is Maria and I live in St. Louis with my dog, Aviva. I love animals and have extensive experience caring for both dogs and cats through personal pet ownership as well as petsitting for others. I enjoy providing pets with the attention, exercise, and care they need to feel comfortable and happy while their owners are away. I am an experienced pet and house sitter with hands on experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages, including senior pets and animals with special medical needs. I am comfortable administering medications, monitoring recovery, and providing post-operative care following surgeries and medical procedures. As a dog owner myself, I walk 3–5 miles daily and am happy to accommodate pets that require longer walks and higher activity levels. I also have experience handling large dogs and managing a variety of temperaments, including reactive pets, as my own dog is a 70-pound reactive dog. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. As a remote worker, I enjoy having a reason to get out of the house and stay active. My flexible schedule allows me to be available for drop in visits, potty breaks, feedings, and walks during the workday, while also having longer blocks of time available in the mornings before work and in the evenings after work. I walk several miles a day with my own dog, so regular walks and exercise are already an important part of my routine. I always tailor my care to each pet's individual needs and their owner's routine. Whether I am caring for pets in my client's home or providing drop in visits and walks, I prioritize keeping their schedule as consistent as possible. This includes feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, administering medications if needed, and plenty of attention and affection. For dogs, I ensure they receive appropriate exercise, enrichment, and bathroom breaks. For cats, I focus on maintaining a clean litter box and respecting each cat's comfort level and personality.

“Jamie was really nice. She played with my kitties and even fed and watered the outdoor feral cat that come up. She was on time and always sent photos of my cats even the one who is timid and was always hiding under the bed and gave him treats. My other kitty looked forward to her coming over. I would recommend her as a pet sitter”

“Suzanne was great! She was checkin in on my cats while I was away for the holiday. She texted me every time she stopped by and gave me an update and some pictures. She also washed their bowls and cleaned up their general living area for when I got home! I would definitely book her again.”

About: I’ve had cats all my life and currently own two of my own cats. Many of my friends have larger dogs, and have relied on me to help check on them while they are out of town and take them for walks and have play dates. I love all kinds of dogs and cats! I am currently working from home on Mondays and Fridays, but that will change to working from home on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday in the next couple of weeks. My nights are mostly free and am able to be flexible with my schedule. I will make sure your pet is comfortable, well fed and hydrated, and give them the playtime and snuggles they need! I make sure litter boxes and yards are clean and clean up any accidents that may happen.
“Keri and her daughter were very friendly and helpful with taking care of our cat for a week. The pictures were great to see and she was responsive in answering questions. We appreciated them and their service!”

About: I have cared for dogs my whole life - from my own to those of neighbors and family friends. I am able to care for young puppies to those of a more senior age. I also have volunteer experience with various types of dogs at an animal shelter. I have a hybrid work schedule so I am available mainly in the evenings or on the weekends. I would love to help your pet get the care they need! I care for each and every pet like they are my own. First and foremost I will prioritize their safety, and your wishes as the pet parent!
“We went on a long vacation in Europe and we just needed someone to spend time with our 2 pit bulls for a little bit that way our roommate wasn’t to overwhelmed with watching them and Lauren was so awesome. She had great communication and we always looked forward to their report cards everyday so we didn’t miss them too much. Most importantly though she gave us peace of mind and the ability to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our dogs.”

“Phoebe was available for a very last minute booking and took great care of our dog! She communicated frequently and sent pictures. We will definitely book Phoebe for drop in visits again!”

“I highly recommend Meghan. She came at last minute and filled a need to check on my Rylee. She was always on time and responded to any questions I had. She also did a video meet and greet call. She provided updates and pictures. I will definitely use her again.”

About: I’ve always said that my dream job would be walking dogs and also volunteering at a dog shelter. Welp, after a move I’m semi-retired with a flexible work from home business and need to keep busy. I love dogs and have two of my own. Jennifurkey is a 2 year old papillon we got from the pound. She was 3mo old and her former owner got arrested for DUI and she went to puppy jail (the pound) and was never claimed. She has never felt unwanted since! Her older brother Me-Lo YoPupawitz, Attorney at Paw (chihuahua 11yo) is her parter in crime! They are inseparable. Over the years we have had a mix of dogs and are huge dog lovers. We have had everything from a 3mo old pound puppy to a diabetic rescue dog that was used as a breeder for 7 years with spinal problems that was kept in a kennel for those 7 years… and our last dog who made it to 17 years old with hearing, vision, and other ailments that required special food and medication. If you can’t tell, I am very experienced in a magnitude of dog care and will treat your dogs as if they were my own! I always have a bit of squee when I see cute puppies (all dogs are puppies lol) in public. I am somewhat retired. Recently moved to Granite City from California. I am regularly in Metro East and St. Louis. I don’t mind travel within 15 miles or so. I mostly work remotely from home and generally have a flexible schedule. I am available for one-offs if you’re busy or traveling or ongoing while you’re at work! We live out in the country off a gravel road, yet only 6 miles from downtown St. Louis! We are on half an acre with a fenced in yard. We currently have 2 small dogs. Jennifurkey is a 3yo papillon who is a ball of love and energy. She loves to play and run around in the yard. Me-Lo YoPupawitz, Attorney at Paw is a 11 year old chihuahua who is slow to trust but once he likes you or another dog, will be best friends. We regularly treat our yard with pet safe pesticides for flea, tick, and other unwanted critters. We actively grow lavender, lemongrass, and French marigolds as all-natural pest repellent. Also we walk the perimeter daily to ensure no pup is digging an escape tunnel lol In your home I will ensure that your babies routine remain as close to normal as possible. They can be kenneled at night or if house sitting they can sleep wherever they are used to. They are already stressed missing you, why make it any harder. As long as you have WiFi, I can work and take care of your babies. I am experienced in administering basic medicines and possibly insulin, depending on how used to or your baby is.
“Emily was great in coming to check-in on Leo a little short notice due to a trip I was on and some changes in plans in who was checking on him. As always Emily was super communicative and helpful 😊 I am so glad she was available to watch him.”
