“This was our first experience using a third-party app like Rover my wife and I were constantly putting our animal in kennel stays as we went out of town. When I got recommended the app, I was a bit skeptical, but after meeting Chris and seeing his interaction with Mattis, I was comfortable and knowing that he’d be left in some good hands. As we went on vacation out of the country Chris kept us informed with scheduled messages and rapid communication anytime I reached out. He gave me and my wife a piece of mind with pictures letting us know our pup and (despite being close to 70 lbs) was safe and having fun.. thanks for taking care of our fur baby Chris. Cheers!”
