About: Hi! My name is Addie and I a currently a pre veterinary student who loves animals and am super passionate about animal care! I am a veterinary technician and experienced in medical care, medicine administration, special needs care and trained in small animal cpr. I have a lot of experience as well with dogs such as volunteering at shelters very often for the past 4-5 years and I have fostered and continue to foster dogs of all ages in my free time for various shelters. Some of these fosters include a Bull Terrier and Great Pyrenees! In addition, I have experience in equine medicine, exotic animals medicine and previously worked at a dog daycare. I have a dog of my own, Suki (in my pictures) who is almost 2 years old, well behaved and potty trained who loves to make new friends if you would like me to take her along for walks or drop ins for some doggy playtime with your fur babies! I typically work full time Friday through Sunday but have open availability during weekdays which gives me more time to care for and play with your pets! I have lots of experience with walking dogs, crating them and overall handling them, keeping them safe but also happy. Throughout my time fostering new dogs, I have learned to quickly adapt to each dog and learn their personalities and how best to care for them which I believe is perfect experience for caring for other people’s pets.

“Avrielle was an absolute delight to house-sit for us while we were away. She made sure all of our pets (2 dogs, 3 cats) were cared for and loved and sent us regular updates via text/photos about their daily activities, including walks, feeding, etc. She even kept all of my outdoor potted plants watered and fountain full during a summer heat spell. Our home was kept very clean, which I also appreciate. There’s nothing like returning to a clean, cared for home. I will not hesitate to hire her again for all our future house-sitting needs. About: I grew up with all types of different pets in the household from dogs to guinea pigs to birds and even shrimp! So, naturally, I came to love for all animals! About: I have had four dogs over the years along with over 100 fosters over Covid. Even after Covid, we still take in puppies every once in a while, although recently, we just got a new puppy. I am extremely flexible with my schedule currently , and will be for majority of the summer. I don’t mind housesitting and I don’t mind learning new things to take care of different pets. I also have experience with reptiles as I used to have a bearded dragon. Although, sadly, we had to rehome because of his health issues 🥲. I have no permanent job, although I will be taking time over the summer to spend with my family. All I ask is that you give me a heads up on when and where you need me. Two of my current dogs are very low maintenance, as Rusty has gotten older he has gotten arthritis so we go on as many walks as he can tolerate. Austin is the definition of a couch potato. While Isla hates the leash, but we are training her to comfortable with it. I truly believe that your pet is my pet and I will always take the best care of any and all pets I encounter. I truly love animals and look forward to meeting your best friends.
