“Ryan was wonderful, attentive, and super helpful, always keeping me updated on everything that was happening. My dog loved his company, and I will definitely call him again—I’m already booking another date. Thank you so much for everything; I highly recommend Ryan’s services.”

“It was my first time using Rover so I wasn't sure how scary it would be having a stranger come drop by at my place!! But Hannah was such a fast and friendly communicator so I actually trusted her a lot with my cat Fern. So many pics of my cat as requested and info about how she acted and felt and I'm really happy with Hannah's service overall x”

“We had a great experience with our dog sitter! She did an amazing job, communication was excellent, she was always on time, and she spent plenty of time playing with our dogs. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Elizabeth is a very kind and flexible person and loves what she does! It's never easy leaving my babies with a stranger I've spoken to once or twice but Elizabeth made me very comforted and reassured that my babies would be in the very best hands. My kitties were happy and healthy when I came home. (And she's really good at taking pictures)”
“Hayley was great! She did 3, 60 min check in’s on my 2 large dogs and was able to wear them out each time. We appreciated her time with spent with our dogs, as we know they’re a lot to handle, and she did amazing! Definitely recommend her moving forward.”

“Jessica did a great job with my 2 Great Danes! My male doesn't usually like strangers in the house, but he did great with her and she had no problems. She sent me pictures and kept me updated on how they were doing. I liked that very much, because I miss them when I am away. If she can handle my two giants, she can handle any dog! I will be booking her again soon.”
“Megan did a great job with my senior cat. He can be weary of new people but took to her right away. She did exactly as asked and went above and beyond during her visits! Would definitely book again!”

“I have used Erin a couple of times now and she has been great! Very responsive, always on time, and willing to do whatever is needed for my 2 big doggos. I definitely recommend her, and will also continue to use her moving forward!”

About: I've had dogs, cats, turtles and many other animals my family & I rescued since I was 4. We were always the type to pick up strays, and get them healthy again, but we'd usually always keep them. We had a big back yard they all stayed in, and they never went far or left after we helped them get healthy again. Now I'm 25, and I've adopted my own two kitties. They're my babies and I love their silly personalities. I work full-time, so this is for sure a side gig for me, which is why I'd do it on the weekends. I might consider doing it during the week, but for now, I want to see how much or little I can handle. I only really have an apartment, but I have a big complex I can take doggies for walks in, and make sure they got all that energy out.
About: I have extensive experience caring for animals of all types. I’ve worked with animal shelters, wildlife rehabilitation centers, and with exotic pets. Animals have always been a passion of mine. If you have additional critters, you can rely on me to provide care :) I have no problems caring for and feeding reptiles, amphibians, rodents, insects, birds, etc. I can administer meds and provide all day care if needed.
“Emily is fantastic! She took such good care of my cat while I was away and even got my shy girl to play and hang out. Emily is a great communicator on how the visits go and I loved all the pictures ☺️”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Glenpool. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
