But Savannah came over to meet the cats ahead of time and followed my instructions to the letter, and even got my super shy cat to come out to say hi to her. Knowing she was there to check on my babies allowed me to relax and enjoy my vacation. She also sent adorable pictures that I absolutely treasure. It helped put my mind at ease while I was away. About: I've taken care of family members, friends and neighbor's dogs over the years. I've fed, walked, played and bathed all types of dogs and even have my own dogs I'm currently unemployed but I love dogs and cats. I have experience with kittens,puppies, senior cats and dogs as well as giving medication and bottle feeding if needed. I'm very patient and friendly with animals and I'm aware all animals have different needs and I'm willing to do what I can to meet them. I also have dogs and cats of my own. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
