My deep love for pets, combined with my caregiving experience, allows me to approach each animal with the attention and care they need. My own dog also feels like a person sometimes I’d do anything for him! In terms of safety and my home environment, I have an open yard where pets can play and explore freely in a secure setting. My home features two bedrooms, one of which can be designated as a quiet space for pets needing rest or can accommodate their crates if necessary. I also have a medium portable kennel that can be utilized for added comfort and security. My dog is friendly and well-socialized, but I believe in the importance of a proper introduction, so I would like to arrange a meet-and-greet before allowing any animal to stay over. Additionally, I'm more than happy to care for pets in their own homes, ensuring that they receive familiar and loving attention. Your pet's welfare is my top priority, and I am committed to providing a safe and loving environment tailored to their needs.
About: I’ve never not had a pet. I currently have 1 dog and 1 cat as well as care for my brother’s St. Bernard and Great Pyrenees. My grandpups are a Blue Healer and a Black Lab. Animals and I seem to connect right away. In the Fall of 2023 I left the corporate world of office work to pursue enjoying life more and less stress. Early retirement with a side gig…my children are grown and my schedule is open now to help others. I’m very comfortable with animals of all sizes and have experience administering meds. I’m very open to following whatever schedule or routine you have your animals on. If they just need someone to come play or walk them to expend their energy, that’s perfect also.
