About: I’m a lifelong animal lover, having cats growing up and later volunteering with dogs at rescue orgs. My time as a training class assistant for Puppy Manners and New Dog Basics at the San Francisco SPCA gave me valuable skills in positive reinforcement training, socialization, and handling dogs of all temperaments. Beyond dogs and cats, I also have experience with horses, having owned and leased several. I’m comfortable with feeding, turnout, mucking stalls, brushing, and general equine care, making me a well-rounded caregiver for multi-pet households. What sets me apart is my ability to care for pets at all life stages—from energetic puppies learning the ropes to senior pets needing extra patience and comfort. Whether it’s structured walks, reinforcing good manners, or providing a calm and loving presence, I tailor my care to each pet’s unique needs. With a deep understanding of pet behavior across species and a passion for ensuring their happiness and well-being, I go beyond basic care to provide engaging, enriching, and compassionate pet companionship. After our Husky mix’s TPLO surgery in Fall 2024, I’ve decided to make pet care my main focus. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and this shift allows me to dedicate my time and energy to providing top-quality care for pets in my community. With a flexible schedule, I’m available for daily walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays, and customized care based on each pet’s needs. Whether it’s a midday walk, feeding and playtime, or extra TLC for pets recovering from surgery, I tailor my services to fit both routine and special care requirements. My experience with dogs, cats, and even horses means I’m comfortable handling a variety of schedules—from structured training sessions to free-spirited outdoor adventures. No matter the time of day, I ensure pets get the attention, exercise, and companionship they deserve. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether in my home or my clients’ homes. At my home, we have a fully fenced yard, providing a secure and spacious area for dogs to play and explore. Your pup will also have built-in companionship with our two friendly dogs, ensuring plenty of socialization and fun. For exercise and enrichment, we have scenic trails nearby, perfect for peaceful walks in the woods—giving dogs a chance to sniff, explore, and enjoy the great outdoors. In my clients’ homes, I respect each pet’s unique routine and environment, providing attentive, reliable, and compassionate care. Whether it’s reinforcing training, maintaining feeding schedules, or ensuring a calm presence while you're away, I treat every pet like they’re my own. No matter the setting, I focus on creating a safe, stress-free, and enriching experience for pets—so you can have peace of mind knowing they’re in loving hands.

“Erika was wonderful! She took a chance on our dogs who had never had a sitter before and it went great. Our dogs loved her and she did a fantastic job taking care of them and our home while we were away. We will absolutely rebook with her in the future.”

About: I am a huge animal lover! I have a dog (a labradoodle) and have been pet/house sitting for friends and neighbors since elementary school. I have cared for a wide variety of dogs, including both large and small breeds, high-energy dogs, and puppies. I have experience with basic obedience training and giving medications. I have also taken care of cats, bunnies, guinea pigs, and chickens, and am always excited to meet new animal friends! As a recent college graduate, my schedule is very flexible, so I have a lot of time to devote to caring for your furry friends. I am happy to fill in for reoccurring services if necessary, but can't commit to anything long term right now. I'm here to keep your pet safe, comfortable, and happy while you are away. I prioritize maintaining your pet's typical daily routines, and check-in with them frequently. If I'm house-sitting, I follow all rules and any special instructions, and am also happy to water plants, or collect mail, in addition to caring for your pet.

“Julianna was great with my two cats! I was traveling out of town for a week and was anxious to leave them alone, but Julianna made sure they received plenty of loving pets and playtime when she did her visits. I also received cute photos and videos of my babies each day. Would recommend Julianna if you're looking for a pet sitter!”

“I have an older cat who really misses us when we're gone but also hates travel and takes awhile to warm up to anyone outside her family. Taylor has been so patient and understanding with her and provided such good care. I was so worried about leaving her this time, but Taylor's updates were wonderfully reassuring. I absolutely look forward to hiring Taylor again!!”

About: I’ve been around cats and dogs my entire life, and I’ve also worked as a receptionist at an emergency and specialty veterinary hospital - so I’m no stranger to pets with complex needs. I’m experienced with administering medications, including insulin for diabetic cats. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and will treat your pets like my own! I love giving daily updates with photos so you never have to wonder how they’re doing. I work full-time Monday through Friday, but I work remotely from home which give me a flexible schedule and the ability to step away as needed for walks, potty breaks, drop-ins, or playtime. Because I’m home all day, I’m able to provide consistent attention, companionship, and care - perfect for pets who need a little extra love or have someone nearby! My cat, Mr. Charlie, is wary of other pets, so to preserve his comfort and safety I am only offering care for pets in your home currently. This allows your fur baby to stick to their routine and stay in a comfortable environment. I’m respectful of your space will treat your home and pet with care. I love detailed care instructions and follow them closely including feeding, walks, medication and playtime!

“Nathan kept great care of our cats, and even helped keep our home clean when the cats felt sick. Our younger cat doesn't like anyone and ended up loving him. Professional, timely, and considerate!”

About: I've had numerous years of experience caring for other families animals, especially dogs and cats. All animals are a source of joy, physical activity, and companionship that is unparalleled to any human contact. I have administered medication, bathed, brushed teeth, and clipped nails on many, many occasions. I’ve managed small farms that included 50 chickens, half a dozen goats, and chicks. I have references and regular clients available to vouch for my skills. I’m a single mom that has found a subset of time that I’d love to fill with meaningful work. During the week, I work with individuals with developmental disabilities, but on the weekends I enjoy any opportunity to read, go on hikes, or cook. I’ve raised dogs and cats from infancy, as well as rescuing, so I’ve experienced a large range of what it means to care for each animal through all life’s stages. I work M-F, 8-4 in Oregon City where I also live and have a fairly flexible schedule with the opportunity to wfh. I’m a single mom and split care with my child’s dad, so I’ve found I have more free time than I know what to do with. I am highly skilled at time management, communicative, and am someone that likes to plan ahead. I do not push animals to do more than they are comfortable with, providing patience, guidance, and reassurance when needed. It can be hard to have a new person in your space and your favorite human(s) gone. I enjoy providing regular play times, cuddles, walks, and outings in the car if they so enjoy.

About: Hello! I provide pet sitting, walking, and drop in’s! I would love to take care of your fur baby! I have been an animal lover since day one. I am currently going to school to be a Veterinarian so you can be confident that your pet will be well cared for and happy when you see them! While I house sit you can be assured that your house will look better than when you left it and your pet well taken care of. I provide at least two walks daily to ensure your pet stays happy and healthy! I work full time Monday-Friday 7am-2pm. When house sitting I will only be gone those hours and the rest of the day/night I will be looking after the pet. This schedule has worked well thus far, and hope it continues😁 I give unlimited attention through out the day. I love getting outside and going on long walks, regardless of the weather. I have my own dogs and I know how much responsibility you need to have to care for any animal.

About: I loved and cared for my special-needs (diabetic) cat, Roxy, for 17 years until she passed in 2019. Since then I’ve been traveling and spoiling my friends pets. More recently, I had the pleasure of loving Charlie, a 16 year old Rottweiler/Lab mix. Now, instead of having my own pet, I’d love to care for your pets and still be able to travel in between! Part time, semi-regular or on a weekly/home sitting schedule. My schedule as a freelancer is very flexible and can be accommodating. Sometimes I will house sit multiple pets for a month, other times walk a dog a few times a week. I’m flexible, just ask! These circumstances will vary widely as I’m often in a city for a few months at a time. Sometimes I can host pets, other times I can stay with them in their own environment where they will be less stressed. Other times are a quick checkup or walk while you’re away or at work.

About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, and have cared for both large and small dogs, cats of many shapes and sizes, and even horses and birds. I have experience with senior dogs, high-energy breeds, lap cats, anxious pets— I think all of them deserve love and quality care equally. I’m also a very active person and will make sure dogs get regular walks— I believe a well-exercised dog makes everyone happier! I work full-time Mon-Thurs, and unfortunately I’m not able to have any pets of my own (yet) due to house rules. Because of this I’m always grateful for the opportunity to get some quality time with pets. Earning an animal’s trust and learning the ins and outs of what makes them unique is a beautiful feeling, and the knowledge that I’m helping someone out simultaneously makes it even better. I’m taking classes as well, so my main focus on weekends is schoolwork, which means I have plenty of reason to stay in and be present. I think this works beautifully for house-sitting since I am staying in to study for the most part, aka lots of quality time spent with your pets! I am very conscientious about what I’m doing in someone else’s home and make a point to leave it how I found it, if not better. When it comes to house sitting, I am able to spend the majority of the time at the home and stay overnight with them, which provides a sense of security and companionship for your pets. I believe pets are most comfortable in their home environment so my goal is to keep their stress as low as possible, caring for them with the consistencies they are used to- ie. times feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks; whatever I can do to keep everyone happy and healthy. I know how hard it is to miss your fur babies so I make sure to take lots of photos to send!

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life. I love caring and treating pets with love and affection. I can accommodate specific needs for your pet. My work schedule changes, but I am willing to work with you to find the perfect schedule. Even on days I work I can care for your pets before or after my shift. I do work 8 hour shifts Friday-Sunday. I would check on them/walk them/let them out to go potty, before and after my shift if that works for you and they’re able to be left alone for that long. I am open to taking care of your pet in the comfort of their home or bringing them to my home. I do have two other very friendly pups, so they have to get along with them!

About: Update: Hey all, myself and my wife are relocating to Southern Oregon. We will update our availability in a new place in the near future. Thank you. Hey I'm Matthew. Happily married, a dog-dad and a friend to all the animals(I would probably house sit your lizard too). We have 2 happy boston terriers since they were each 8 weeks old. We have trained them ourselves, modestly for our needs: Sit, stay, come, a load-up command for.the car, and bell ringing for potty breaks. Over the last 3 years we have cared for our dear aging buddy Ziggy and therefore have quite a bit of recent experience with elderly dogs. Currently, we are loved by two Boston terriers, and they are the centerpieces of our lives. We'd all love to meet your silly friend(s)! Pet care is the highest priority. Our dogs are up semi-early and are usually fed by 8am. So is the lizard. And I'm pretty sure the fish never sleep. We wash water & food bowls regularly. We exercise regularly. I often have to rinse the dogs off twice in a Scratches & chewy toys at night. Lots of playing and love. Weekend mornings are a love fest for our two cuddles, and that's when we tend to be the silliest. I sometimes upload short clips of them to YouTube so everyone can enjoy! We have a studiously dog proofed home, ready safe remedies(stimptimg powder, canned pumpkin, etc.), a camera to keep an eye on them when we're out, and a truly nice community of dogs and dog loving people surrounding us as neighbors. Care in my clients home would involve prioritized safety, and adherence to your pups specific needs. Outside of any of that I'm likely to find an activity to tame those big energy levels, acquaint myself with any needs to be provided to them, and just see if we can have good, safe fun together

“I highly recommend Carrie! She worked as our pet and home sitter several times and I felt completely confident and totally at ease each time! Whether we went for a long weekend or for our annual Mexico vacation, she was absolutely reliable, responsible and my furry family adores her! She is a gem!! We experienced an ice storm one year; Carrie even took steps for our outside plants to make sure they were cleared of the heavy ice! She has an amazing way with animals- mine are very high strung- and they responded almost immediately! She rot us informed and even sent pictures and a little video to keep me at ease! Top shelf- 109%! 5 stars!!!!!”

Carly W.
“Carly is very trustworthy and great with animals! She has watched my dogs on many occasions and has always done an excellent job. Pets feel at ease around her because she naturally knows what they need and how to comfort them. I can't recommend her enough!”

Amanda R.
“🐶🌟 Amanda took amazing care of my baby doggie! Trustworthy, loving, and went above and beyond. My dog has special needs so I struggle to trust others to take care of him. Amanda absolutely rose to the challenge and made me feel super comfortable leaving him in her care. Highly recommend! 10/10!!”

Sydney L.
“We have a large, energetic and unruly Standard Poodle named Remington who has a bad case of separation anxiety. It was difficult to find someone I trusted to dogsit when we travelled, especially because I worried a gate would be left open (Remy is a runner who likes to play keep-away and who would blithely run into the busy street). A neighbor introduced me to Sydney and I no longer worry about leaving Remy. I know he will be safe and well-exercised (Remington is not the best on a leash, but Sydney has no problem controlling him). Sydney is trustworthy, conscientious and kind. Best of all, when the suitcases rolling out the door, Remington is over-joyed to see Sydney.”

Tyler & Conner P.
“Ty loves pets of all shapes and sizes. She loves being outside as much as your pup will and she's going to make sure they get their steps!”

Haley S.
“Haley is such a great pet caregiver. She genuinely loves all animals and wants to see them healthy and happy. Our dogs are so excited to see her and love her so much. Haley is very responsible and keeps the pets she cares for safe. Haley seems very comfortable around pets and treats them like the precious fur babies they are, even the sassy pets. I would highly recommend Haley if you are looking for pet care.”

Matthew B.
“Matt is a fantastic caregiver to all animals, and dogs especially seem to know it. He was able to gain the trust and love of my 15 year old senior dog and helped me care for him for three years. He has trained two puppies to have great recall, and they both take instruction well-enough to have been trusted off-leash before the age of one. His priorities are always animal care and safety first, and he spends the majority of his free time making sure our dogs’ needs are met.”
