“Mandy has cared for our two dogs twice and she is wonderful! We have a 3 year old Sheltie and a Golden Retriever puppy that is 5 months old. Her prices are reasonable and we usually have her stay for an hour for extra playtime because the puppy is crated when we are away. Very pleased!”

“We couldn’t be any happier with the love and care Erica gave to our two dogs today. She sent lots of pictures, reviewed her visits, left a sweet card and brought them a toy each. We had no worries that they were looking bed and well cared for! I would highly recommend her!”

“Briana it’s so amazing!!! She was communicative from the start. She even showed pictures of my kitty. I would definitely recommend her million times over. I appreciate her doing this at the last minute, since I was admitted to the hospital abruptly. Plus, I just moved to the area so for her to take care of my kitty at the last minute is so beautiful.”

“Jessica was great! She took great care of our boston terrier while we were gone for the entire day. She contacted us if there was a problem related to information we had failed to explain and sent pictures and a report on Twig’s care. She is very knowledgeable about animal care and I felt very relaxed with her caring for Twig! We would highly recommend her.”

“Siara did a great job. We have a shy cat who likes to hide. She took right to her. She sent us pictures daily and updated us. She even cleaned up the litter on the floor snd took the trash with her. I definitely will have her again. Thanks!!!”

About: Growing up on a dairy farm, I learned the ropes of animal care early on! With a childhood filled with wagging tails and playful pups, I’ve always had a passion for pets. With the occasional hedgehog, mouse, or lizard of course. Now, I share my home with one cat and two dogs who keep my heart and schedule full. I can’t wait to bring that same love and energy to your furry friends! 🐾❤️ Right now I’m training for a new job and my schedule constantly changes. My shifts are only during the day and don’t last more then 8 hours. I’m always on social media so I’m constantly seeing new toys and gadgets for cats enrichment. I always do my research before buying but I try just about anything with good reviews for my kitties! If they don’t like it I have many friend with cats who can just try it out but I try to pay close attention to what my cats enjoy and work around them. My one cat who isn’t as active enjoys toys with hidden treats but my super energetic cat loves lasers so I have both in basically every drawer of the house. I’m young but still don’t plan on kids so my fur babies are my kids.
“Valerie has watched my kitty, Sammy, three times now. She shows up as promised and sends me photos of my sweet boy. She doesn’t hesitate to contact me with questions or to reassure that Sammy is fine. I’d recommend Valerie to anyone looking for a reliable pet sitter.”

“Sebrena is amazing! Not only was she great with my dog Brick, she was able to check in on him last minute after a friend cancelled. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again, she really makes sure your pet has everything they need and are happy!”

About: I love all animals ( maybe more than people) I live on a homestead where I breed and show AKC Chihuahuas, rabbits and chickens. I also am the cat rescue lady rescuing all the barn cats I can. I am experienced in all things fur I currently work full time from home but my parents also stay on my property so there is always someone available 24/7 for any task needed! Especially the cuddle puddles:) My yard is not fenced but I live on 27 acres. Out side time will be leashed for pet safety due to no fencing and me not familiar with the pet. For frequent return customers free run may be available depending on the animals proven training. ( for regular customers I can also work on training commands for an additional charge just ask me about it!!) I do crate when needed( I need to step out to the store ect) or preferred. I also have separate rooms available to separate pets as needed.
About: I’ve had a pet all my life. I’ve worked professionally with dogs for the past 3 years. I have a cat of my own as well. I’ve worked at a dog boarding facility as well as a doggy daycare. Currently, I have an internship Thursday-Sunday, 5 hours each day. I’m available every evening/afternoon after my internship. I’m also available Monday-Wednesday at any time. :) I love spending time with furry friends, so I’m happy to fulfill whatever needs your pets may have! I love high energy walks and playing an intense game of fetch or tug of war, but I also love spending time with fur babies that may not be as energetic and may just want to relax or go on a slow paced stroll!
“Adrianna was great to work with and quick to respond to any communication. She had a calm presence that immediately soothed our dogs, including an anxious older dog. We were very comfortable leaving them in her hands for the weekend. Will book again!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats since I was a baby and I am extremely passionate about caring for animals properly. I am fun easy going and will imply whatever training you are trying to enforce for your pet. I will treat your pet as if it were my own while he or she is in my care. I am a very easy going person who isn’t going to mistreat your animal in any way. I do my absolute best to give any animal the best experience while they are with me as possible. That includes lots of pampering, baths if necessary, brushing the dog out if necessary, (and if tolerated!) my biggest love and passion is caring for animals and making sure they are happy healthy and have an amazing time spent with me. Currently serving at a restaurant that is directly in front of my house and I don’t work many or long shifts so taking care of your pet will be no problem plus I am very active and always going on hikes or playing at the lake I always make sure I am aware of any quirks or important things about your dog as to keep everyone happy and safe while away from mom and/or dad
“We contacted Veronica somewhat last minute due to evolving travel plans, and she was responsive and accommodating. Our plans changed a bit even after we had hired her, and she was able to adjust and take on some extra visits. We were very pleased with her work, her positive attitude, and the way she connected with our dog. She was consistent in checking in and sending us photos of Lily, which gave us confidence that all was well! We highly recommend Veronica as a quality, conscientious pet caretaker!”
About: I have never gone without having pets. Growing up we had as many as 20 animals in total. I always strive to have a personal relationships with every animal I can. Have worked with training puppies and kittens as well as spending time with seniors. Love all animals but particularly my big dogs! I am new to the area and wanting to get to know neighbors and Texas! Figured playing and walking pets would blend the best of both worlds to do that. I will ensure to keep pets safe and secure while being mindful of each pet family. At my home I ensure all doors and gates are shut and on walks harnesses and leashes are secure.

As of July 2026, there are 203 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Glade Hill. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Glade Hill. On Rover:
- 96% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
- 100% can help with daily exercise
You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
