“Maggie is a natural with animals. She’s calm and confident around them and people too. Our Merry can be shy but she was fine with Maggie right away. Maggie is polite, presents herself well, and always on time, with a good attitude! We will use her again.”

“Aly is a superstar! She is patient and understanding and gives us great comfort knowing our babies are well cared for while we are away. She gets down to the floor and earns our dogs’ trust with treats. I highly recommend Aly!!”

About: My name is Rosa, and I have years of experience living with - and caring for - dogs and cats. Currently, I live with two wondrous cats: Wallula (5 years old) and Feygele (8 months old). I believe every creature has a unique personality and story that continues to unfold with each day. I find it an absolute delight and privilege to get to know your beloved creatures' personalities - their likes and dislikes, their curiosities and opinions, their daily rituals - and to support them in feeling safe and cared for while you are away. I am an educator working in adult education during the academic year (September through May). During the academic year, I have the most flexibility for drop-in visits Friday-Monday throughout the day. That said, Tuesday-Thursday I am available before 8:30am and after 3:30pm for drop-in visits. June-August I have more availability. I would love to spend my time caring for your beloveds! I am unable to board pets at my home but I love doing drop-ins and will always treat your space respectfully and your pets' safety and well-being is number one priority.
“Natalie was great! Communicated with us throughout, sent lots of pictures, and wrote thoughtful, entertaining updates for each visit. We hope Natalie will be available next time our cats need a sitter!”

“Iví was incredibly kind and communicative, and their deep love for animals was clear from the start. I truly appreciated their warmth and responsiveness, and I look forward to booking together in the future!”

“Haley once again did an amazing job taking care of our two cats while we were gone for over a week. They were immediately comfortable with her on the first visit. She sends thorough updates and photos every visit showing them playing and interacting with her. I highly recommend her services. She's very reliable and communicative, and is a great fit even for skittish kitties. It was such a relief to know that she was checking in on our cats while we were gone!”

“Lori was great with my two older dogs. I travel a bit and my schedule is really complicated, which Lori handled really well. I have already booked her for a future travel date. Great job Lori”

“Kiersten was very prompt. Spent the agreed amount of time with our dog. Everything was done according to directions. Our dog, who can be skittish with some people, enjoyed her visit.”

“Kylee was attentive, on time and took great care of my cat. She was also understanding and flexible when my key didn't work for the door. I will definitely book her again, thank you!”

“Ryann stepped up to watch our critters on short notice & we couldn’t be happier with our good luck! Clearly an animal lover, our pets took to Ryann upon first meeting. It made our trip to NYC much more enjoyable not having to worry about rushing home.”

“I would recommend Elizabeth for all your dog watching and walking needs. She was very professional and my dogs were friendly with her. She has a lot of experience with dogs. Cheers, Kevin G”

About: I am a speech-language pathologist in Greenfield, MA and love working with animals on the side when possible. I started dogsitting down in Rhode Island in 2014 while I was in graduate school. I've also grown up with dogs in my life (a black lab/german shepard mix and a yellow lab). I have some experience with puppy training and enjoy going on walks with and exercising dogs. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since I can remember. I've grown up having a dog. My first dog was a black lab/German Shepard mix named Pretina. I would play with her, take her on walks, go hiking with her, and many more activities. My second family dog, Piper, was a yellow lab who I had since she was a puppy. I helped in her puppy training and have enjoyed all the previously mentioned activities with her as well. Many of my friends and extended family have also had dogs which I've enjoyed playing with and caring for. During my undergrad career, I petsat for my professor's yellow lab and thoroughly enjoyed caring for him when I was so far from my own dog. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering medication, though I would like to be shown how to administer it and practice with the owner before sitting for the dog. I have some experience administering insulin shots to a cat. I work in schools, so I am generally available before 8am and after 3pm on weekdays during the school year. During school breaks and summer, I have more availability. I care for your dogs following client preferences. I will let dogs out into a fenced in back yard, crate when left alone at home, keep on leash for walks, etc. as indicated by owners. In general, I would default to keeping dogs on leash during walks and not letting them out on their own unless the yard is fenced in.
About: Hello! I've been caring for pets since my family got our first dog when I was a toddler. We had cats, dogs, and birds in my household growing up. I am also comfy with small rodent and game type animals. I would need more snake and reptile training if you are looking for that kind of pet-care. Dogs are admittedly my favorite! Can't afford my own yet – I'm switching career fields, drastically, in hopes of a more stable life. Right now I'm building my new resume with a lot of free work, and am looking to walk dogs and pet-sit to make a little cash in the interim. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes if they are leash trained. I weigh about 100lbs myself, so any dogs that weigh more than me *must* be leash trained already. I can help you leash train your smaller dogs. I have experience with light dog-training (mostly sit, down, and stay) and would be happy to help you reinforce that as well. Hit me up! Can't wait to meet your furbabe. I work half time M-Th and am in online grad school otherwise. Im mostly looking for Saturday gigs, anytime, or evening gigs on Sun, Mon, Tues or Fri (sometime after 4:30). I do not offer services at my own home. I rent and my cats are not friendly to unknown animals. That said, I make sure my cats are spoiled as can be.

About: I am currently taking a break from providing any house sitting or boarding, but am available most Mondays for drop ins and walks. I have all morning and afternoon available :) Currently I have Mondays off during the week, and can do morning, afternoon and evening drop ins or walks. I do occasionally have Saturday and Sunday mornings available as well. I am comfortable with any routine you have for your fur baby and need help with, I don’t mind walking neighborhoods or going for hikes or just simply coming over to let them outside and play fetch!
