About: I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember. Walking, feeding, and bathing both dogs and cats. I consider my pets family members! All of my babies are rescues. I have trained my dog through the GoodPup app and he knows the commands sit, stay, lay down, up, paw, leave it, heal, touch, and find it. All my pets are given enrichment activities throughout the day. They’re also stimulated with play/exercise. I know dog and cat body language. I have worked with dogs that have seizure disorders and know how to administer medication to both cats and dogs. I’m work Monday to Friday with my weekends free and open. “Emily did a wonderful job with our special needs cat, Dakota. Dakota is paralyzed in the back after having been hit by a car years ago. He gets around ok dragging his back legs but he has to have his bladder expressed three times a day. Emily had experience doing this in the past (I think in some kind of vet assistant capacity or something like that) and successfully managed Dakota when we went out of town for a few days. Dakota stayed at Emily's house with her cats and it all worked out fine. Emily's house is so cat friendly with cat climbing things all around and Emily even mentioned that down the road she might have cat grass (that our cat loves to eat) since she grows it herself. We were also happy that Emily was fine with us leaving all Dakota's regular collection of favorite things: his little cat house, cat bed, and even the ramp we made for him to climb up on couches. It was so nice for us to think of Dakota in a friendly home rather than in a cage at the vet. We loved how Emily was great about communicating both in terms of photos showing Dakota was doing well and also asking intelligent questions to make sure the expressing of the bladder was going well. When we picked Dakota up, he was in fine shape and clearly had been well-taken-care of. We'll definitely use Emily again!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs most of my life and truly treat them like family. I grew up in a home with four dogs, so I’m very comfortable with different personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I also adopted and lovingly cared for a difficult senior dachshund for years, which gave me valuable experience with patience, senior dog needs, routines, and extra attentiveness. About: I love having dogs around and work hard to make sure every pup is not only well cared for, but has a genuinely fun and enriching stay. My partner and I live on 30 acres, giving dogs plenty of room to explore. We also go on regular walks and hikes, which are a great way to burn off both physical and mental energy. Of course, not every dog wants an adventure. If you have a senior dog or one who prefers to take it easy, we’re just as happy to spend the day relaxing together with plenty of attention and snuggles. We have two friendly pet goats that are accustomed to being around dogs. That said, your dog’s comfort and safety always come first. If there’s any uncertainty about how either the dog or the goats might interact, the goats stay safely in their fenced pen while we have dog visitors. I work remotely from home with a flexible schedule. I usually spend a few hours working in the morning, then I’m outside for much of the day working on projects, and spending time with our canine guests. I’m very adaptable to your dogs needs. We can work together so your dog can have a routine similar to the one they have a home.

We like taking dogs on long off leash walks in groups if possible. Dogs are always welcome to cuddle up on the furniture. Im a stay at home-mom, homeschooling. About: Hello! I've been caring for pets since my family got our first dog when I was a toddler. We had cats, dogs, and birds in my household growing up. Can't afford my own yet – I'm switching career fields, drastically, in hopes of a more stable life. Right now I'm building my new resume with a lot of free work, and am looking to walk dogs and pet-sit to make a little cash in the interim. I'm comfortable with dogs of all sizes if they are leash trained. I weigh about 100lbs myself, so any dogs that weigh more than me *must* be leash trained already. I can help you leash train your smaller dogs. I have experience with light dog-training (mostly sit, down, and stay) and would be happy to help you reinforce that as well. Hit me up! Im mostly looking for Saturday gigs, anytime, or evening gigs on Sun, Mon, Tues or Fri (sometime after 4:30). I do not offer services at my own home. I rent and my cats are not friendly to unknown animals. That said, I make sure my cats are spoiled as can be.
