Hazbleydy I. & her husband were great! My dog can be very anxious and is usually not fond of new people but she had a great time at their house. Hazbleydy kept me updated with pictures the entire time, and even went out to get supplies for my dog that had ran out of during the stay. I would highly recommend her!

Great Communication with Megan & David for my 1st time leaving Jackson with a new Rover sitter. I was even welcomed to do a meet and greet that went well. It left me very comfortable leaving Jackson for 5 nights. I received pictures and updates on how he was adjusting. I have already set up some more stays for some trips I have planned. I highly recommend Megan & David for the care of your dog.

Kimberely was truly exceptional with my dog, Rooster. She treats every dog she watches as if they are a member of her own family, and it genuinely shows. From her daily updates, it was clear she took the time to understand Roo’s unique personality and little quirks — something that meant so much to me. Rooster can struggle with separation anxiety, and this was our first Rover experience where, when I arrived to pick her up, she happily greeted me and then immediately went back to playing instead of making a beeline for the car to go home. That alone speaks volumes about how safe, comfortable, and loved she felt in Kimberely's care. Her home is also clean, cozy, and perfectly set up for dogs, with a fenced-in backyard that gives them plenty of space to play and relax. I can’t recommend Kimberely highly enough. Knowing that I have such a wonderful, trustworthy sitter makes me genuinely look forward to my next trip — and I know Roo will too.

Paige, Stephen and family cared for our dog, Duncan, so well! He became part of their family while we were gone and I could tell that Duncan was thriving while with them. He especially loved playing with their kids which helped keep his sense of normalcy compared to our home! Would definitely recommend this family to anyone :)

Michelle was an excellent dog sitter. We knew Cookie was in safe hands while we enjoyed some Fall camping. When I got back into cell phone service on Sunday I was greeted with dozens of pictures of Cookie having fun and going for walks. He got a bath as well, and smells lovely. :-)

Debbie was all that our girl, Rose needed and more! We were thrilled with the care that Debbie and hubby Randy provided for her. Rose is a rescue and used to being an "only child" and Debbie worked with us and our needs. Debbie was so kind to send us pics and videos while we were away showing that Rose loved her temporary home with Debbie and Randy and she can't wait to visit again when we are away for spring break! :) Thank you, Debbie!

About: Hello! Thanks for considering me to care for your fur babies! I’m an avid animal lover and always have been! I started when I was 10 years old, my neighbors across the street had a boxer and a bull dog they would have me care for when they went on family vacations. From then on my love for pet sitting had grown. In high school I was involved with FFA & agriculture classes, especially when it came to animal sciences. I competed on a state level veterinary science FFA competition in 2017 at Murray state University, and am registered in animal nutrition. I currently have 2 dogs of my own, moose is a 2 year old Great Pyrenees, and Gracie is a 6 year old Australian shepherd. I also have a 6 year old cat, he’s an indoor only kitty! My pets are my world plus some, they make my world go round. I work from home Tues-Saturday, and my work is very independent. I only have 1 meeting a day around lunch time, with 2 15 minute breaks, and then a 30 minute lunch break. During my breaks i give my dogs potty breaks & fetch time, but im able to give them potty breaks whenever necessary! As I mentioned in my experience, I work from home! Tuesday-Friday I work 10am-6:30pm. I receive 2 paid 15 minute breaks, and a 30 minute lunch break. My work is very independent, and if needed I’m able to step away from my desk for a few minutes. During my 15’s I like to sit out on the porch and soak up some sunshine, while the dogs potty, play, or enjoy the fresh air! On my lunch break, I eat as quick as I can so I can get outside to play fetch with my Australian shepherd Gracie! My Great Pyrenees, moose, is a laid back big ol boy, he goes with the flow all day long. My Aussie gracie on the other hand, is very routine based! We feed gracie before bed time to prevent tummy upsets during the day due to her high energy. I’m very aware of how dogs can be when it comes to feeding, and I tend to feed pets separately to prevent any tiffs. I have a large fenced in yard, and 2 dogs to keep your pup company! Both of my dogs are very friendly, and very well behaved. They’re both crate trained, and we have 2 crates for them. We love toys around here, so we have lots of toys to choose from!

Nancy has been great with ou senior dog. She makes sure he feels comfortable and safe. Nancy takes him potty often especially because he's a senior dog. She is super flexible and has great communication. Both of her pupps do a great job with Domi as well. We will continue using her as long as she keeps Rovering.

About: I have taken care of animals since I was a little girl and that has been many many years ago. I have also worked as an animal tech and research assistant where I maintained animal colonies and worked with large animals. I believe having animals in your life is a blessing. I am retired and I love animals so I thought I would give some love and attention to the animals that need some attention while the owner is away from them. I have a fenced in yard that the dogs can run and play. I am also there with the dogs most if not all of the day.

Many sitters in OH ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
