“Caroline was super accommodating with our young puppy's (and our) needs. She was up for us walking along with her, so our puppy could get feel more comfortable around her for the first meeting. Definitely will be requesting Caroline again for help with our puppy!”

“Andrew was on time and totally respectful. He was very calm with our hyper puppy and did a great job of letting the pup come/warm up to him. We had a few requests (sitting at sidewalks and heeling by people) that make walking the pup a little more work. Andrew was more than happy to work with all of our requests. Definitely recommend!”

“Emily is lovely and my Maddie immediately felt comfortable with her. I was able to schedule with her same day which is great. We will definitely be contacting her regularly. ?”

“Veronica let us know promptly when we had an issue with our leash/collar to keep our dog Biscuit safe and sound! Thanks for being so great and being our go-to dog walker.”

About: Hi! My name’s Misa and I’ve been an animal lover since I was a kid. Once my family got our first dog when I was 8 years old, we were inseparable. She was my partner in crime~ Now I have a cat of my own and he owns my heart! He’s pretty food motivated so I clicker trained him, and he knows about 10 tricks :D He also has some health issues so I’m familiar with giving cats medication. I recently graduated with my master’s from the UR and I’m still in the process of looking for a job. Which means my schedule is super flexible to hang out with your pet! I’m detail oriented, reliable, and respectful of your space and your pets~ I'm currently on the job hunt after finishing my master's degree so my schedule is very flexible to accommodate drop-ins in the morning or afternoon as well as the evening~ I'll do my best to adhere to your pet's normal routine and of course be respectful of their boundaries. I'll follow any instructions given and reach out if any further clarification is needed!

“Ricky helped me out last minute when I threw out my back by walking my energetic goldendoodle multiple mornings in a row. He was timely, easygoing, and flexible and pup was excited every time he came to the door!”

About: From high-energy pups to more anxious or reserved dogs, I have the skills and experience to take care of all of your pups needs! I love every pet like they're my own, making sure they feel as safe and comfortable as possible. When I care for pets in their own home, I cater to their needs - whether that's giving lots of attention, playtime, or snuggles. I'm always careful to respect household rules and keep everything clean and safe. I'll also keep you updated on a regular basis, and make sure to send lots of pictures while you're away!

“Morgan is the absolute best! She’s helped us out so much over the last year and is always super flexible. My dogs absolutely love her and she’s given us such peace of mind when she comes that they’ll receive the best care and always look forward to her awesome updates and photos.”

“Cassidy has been fantastic with my dog Zion. Quick, clear, and frequent communication and pictures. He seems to enjoy the visits and she goes above and beyond to give my needy boy all the belly scratches he desires.”

About: I love animals, and also enjoy taking care of them. I have previously taken care of guinea pigs, hamsters, fish, cats, and dogs. I love their company and enjoy playing with them as well. For now, pet care fits in any part of my schedule since I am on break for a while. I enjoy walking dogs, playing with cats, etc. My home is very clean and spacious. Most of the furniture is simple, so there are no hazards or dangers. I also have a spacious fenced backyard, and I also enjoy walking in the neighborhood.

“Geoff was very responsive in booking up the walks, came for a nice meet and greet and then was great with communicating and completing the dog walks as scheduled. We will definitely contact him again if the need arises. Thanks, Geoff!!”

“Barbara has been a blessing to me and my golden retriever. My mom passed away about a month ago and she watched over the dog while I was at work so I was in a situation where if I couldn’t create a life for my dog during the hours I’m away from home I would have to think of giving her up and that would have been devastating. Barbara agreed to come out twice a day to take care of Cassidy and she has been the most dependable, caring, and compassionate person to my beloved dog. She was so patient with Cassidy, she was going through a big adjustment with the loss of my mom. Barbara truly spent a lot of time establishing a bond with her and slowly they have developed a nice routine of playing in the backyard. They relax in the sun, play ball and with all her toys. I am very thankful to Barbara for the dependability, her caring nature and the smile on my dog each day I come home let’s me know I chose the right service and the perfect person to care after my dog. Thank you Barbara!”

About: I have taken care of a diabetic cat for 4 years. I have also helped my sister with her cat visits in Washington DC, ranging from senior cats to kittens. I’ve also taken care of some dogs while I was in high school. I’m a college student at the University of Rochester, so I’m available only sometimes during the week and most of the time on the weekends. Usually, I groom my cat, feed him, give him his insulin, change his litter and puppy pads (sometimes he can’t make it to the litter box. He’s 14), and make sure he has clean water. I’ve done mostly the same with all of my other cat clients.

About: I come from a family who has always had multiple pets at a time, with anywhere from 3 to 10 foster dogs under our care at any given time! I’ve cared for a wide range of dogs from smaller poodles and Shih tzus to much larger retrievers, border collies, and German shepherds. I have experience with cats as well, but much more lengthy experience taking care of dogs of different sizes and temperaments :) I am taking a break from work before starting grad school so I am pretty available this spring/summer outside of traveling every now and then to walk pets and house sit! I love taking long walks around Cambridge after work and would love to bring someone along with me :) I live on a residential campus so am unable to have a full time pet, I though I am eager and willing to board them short term and/or house sit to take care of your pets!

“Anna did such a great job walking our dog Ferbie. She sent updates and pictures during the walk which we really appreciated. She also followed the instructions we left very well. We will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future.”

About: Animals have always been a part of my life, dogs especially- from growing up on a farm to helping my grandfather with training K9s for the sheriff's department. I enjoyed Rover sitting while I lived in Seattle, and will take good care of your canine while you are out of town. I prefer Rover over the kennel experience for my dog, and want to provide the same for others. I love to exercise and take pups for runs or long walks at the park. A tired dog is a happy dog! I only accept sitting arrangements if my schedule allows me to take good care of a pup. Taking a dog for daily walks or runs always is a highlight for me. I treat any dogs in my care as my own and try to be thoughtful in sharing pictures with owners to reduce any anxiety when away.

About: I’ve cared for a variety of animals throughout my life—including dogs, rabbits, birds, fish, and reptiles. My mom had two Pomeranians and a Shih Tzu, so I’m no stranger to small-breed personalities! I’ve provided pet sitting, walking, grooming, feeding, and even taken pets to vet appointments. Eventually, I’d love to adopt a dog of my own 🥰—but for now, I love caring for other people’s pets like they’re part of my own family. I'm currently working part time and my schedule is flexible with reasonable notice. Early mornings during the week and some evenings would be okay. I'm also available on the weekends. I'm close to plenty of parks and I also have big yard but it's not fenced in...I have an extra room that will be used for guest pets to sleep in or next to my bed is ok..I would make sure the pet has food and water down, I can administer an medication. I would try to adhere to the pets routine so that he/she is comfortable.I'm located near several parks and have a large yard that's perfect for playtime—though it isn't fenced, I always supervise outdoor time to ensure pets are safe. Inside, I have an extra room available just for guest pets, or they’re welcome to sleep near my bed if that’s what they’re used to. I always make sure pets have fresh food and water, and I’m comfortable administering any medications they may need. Most importantly, I do my best to follow your pet’s usual routine to help them feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible while you're away.
