About: I own dogs, cats, and horses of my own. I've helped over 200 fosters or rescues in our home, many of which had medical issues. I've dealt with most problems that could come up with sitting! I have vet experience from my past job as a cattle ranch manger working with large livestock vets and small cat and dogs vets for our cattle dogs and barn cats! I work local in Bentonville, my work schedule right now is from 6am-12pm Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursday’s. Then 9-4pm Wednesdays and Fridays. Off both Saturday and Sunday! I have 2 long haired dachshund at home! They our are best friends they get walked everyday, fed twice and had water all day. We want them to be well taken care of and be around people. Which is exactly what I do with your pets! Give them a form of exercise everyday either walking them, going outside, or playing with them. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
