About: I have had dogs and cats since I was 5 years old. I have always taken care of my family's and friend's pets when they travel both cat and dogs, staying at their house or bringing their pet to my home. I had taken care of feeding and walking but I also had a cat who was diabetic, and I was able to manage his blood sugar and daily insulin injection for many years (that cat was mine). I have experience with young dogs, adult dogs and senior dogs more than puppies, but I have done some training of puppies my dad has had over the years I do work Monday through Friday 9-4 but work from home with frequent breaks and my teenager does online school so there is always someone home with few exceptions (when she has dance and I take her and pick up but only gone for about 30 min several times a week. I am free on weekends, so plenty of time to give your fur baby as much attention as needed. I live in an apartment, but we have a dog park area on property which allows space to run. I am also open to taking to the park or long walk if that is preferred I always ask the dog or cats routine at home, so I can ensure that I am duplicating that in my own home. So, I typically follow their routine from walks to feeding schedule including administering any medications and/or supplements. My dad's dog would get very scared of thunderstorms so during summer, I would have to be mindful of pending weather to ensure that she was given medication at right time

About: Hello animal enthusiasts! My name is Katie and I have worked with animals in a multitude of settings. Jane Goodall (Primatologist) was always an idol of mine. As I grew up in a household loving my dogs, cats, and birds I envisioned working in Africa with chimpanzees. While my vision didn't manifest exactly the way I had fathomed, I still ended up working with baboons in Africa (2017). Along the way, I was an outdoor educator for several years working with all sorts of reptiles, amphibians, birds, mammals, and invertebrates. I have been attracted to all types of animals since the day I was born. As a science teacher (8 years), I kept corals and saved many animals in the outdoor environment near our school (from squirrels to birds and much more). My husband and I have just moved from Chicago, IL to Florida. We have a love for adventure and curiosity for the great outdoors. We are happily married with our Cockatiel (Sunny) and Umbrella Cockatoo (Jack). I can't wait to meet you and love your pets for eternity! Along with my elementary education degree, I studied zoology. I will be changing my availability in September. Currently, we do not have a fenced in yard for your pet but I can surely take him/her out with their leash in our vast open space! If your dog loves the hose, we have access to this as well. Who doesn't love a nice spray during the hot summer? Your pet will have 24 hour access to this yard, cozy home, and the couch or bed! We live about 5 minutes from the Audubon Pennington Park where we love to take nature walks. I'm sure your dog wouldn't mind a nature walk too! We truly do enjoy hosting neighborhood pets as one of our very own family members. Your pet will receive unconditional love, constant cuddles, outdoor time, and food/water the way you prefer it! At night time, they can choose from our warm bed or their very own cozy dog bed. Your pet is top priority and we want to provide the best experience for them so that they are happy to come back and play! About: I've have two dogs of my own, one is a blue heeler/ rottweiler named Tak and the other is a Vizla whos name is Haruko. Which means sunlight child in Japanese. He has the more golden glowing eyes! I also have been around dogs most of my life, my partners mom got us into volunteering at The Bully Project and we go and walk the dogs just because.My partners mom use to work there too. I also grew up with close to around 20-30 cats at once when I was a little girl, I was always so use to being surrounded by them in my yard and hanging out with them as much as I possibly could. Ive always been real sensitive to animals and their feelings, it's literally a sixth sense. I was currently managing and running my own professional wedding photography business but have slowed down drastically to focus on the little things. Im interested in dog/cat sitting and getting into learning how to grow a garden. Im wanting to take a huge break from social media and work more in the physical world. I also have two dogs of my own so its always been in my routine to care my my pets and take care of them. I have a huge open availability this whole year. I don't recommend having them stay at my own home just because of how high energy my Vizsla is. I do however recommend I come to your home to watch them. I promise to make sure your pets are comfortable with me there, make sure they go outside as frequently as needed to go to the bathroom, take medication, have cuddles, and watch for all the little things. Even keep the active on commands/tricks if they use any, that way they are consistently engaged. Im always outside the entire time with my dogs even though we have a fenced in yard because I want to make sure they don't dig under the fence and escape and that they are truly looked after in the best possible way.

About: My mom raised basset hounds and I certainly have a fondness for the breed but I love most four legged babies. My home is quiet and calm so older pets can be reassured of a relaxing experience. I enjoy leash walking and my neighborhood is quiet so walks won't be overstimulating or scary. I work from home but do work Saturdays from 10-5 at a local boutique as well. Most of my boarders are okay with being left alone for that length of time. I can easily crate your pet if that is what they are used to. Detailed instructions are always welcomed in regard to feeding, walking and bathroom breaks for your pet.
