About: Animals have always been the light of my life! I grew up with dogs as a kid, a Cairn Terrier and a giant baby Doberman. Caring for them has always felt second nature to me. My love for dogs grew even deeper when I moved to Maui and helped co-parent three-spirited French bulldogs. I took on everything—walks on the beach, feeding, bathing, playtime, extra cuddles and yes, even listening to their adorable snores at night! Beyond my own crew, I've cared for many friends' dogs while they traveled, handling everything from short daily visits to multi-week stays. I know how important it is to keep pets happy, safe, and in their routines while you’re away. Clients tell me their dogs warm up to me quickly, sensing my calm, affectionate approach. I treat every animal like family, because that’s what they are. If you want someone who genuinely loves caring for dogs, pays attention to their individual needs, and provides reliable, thoughtful service, I'm your person! I just recently moved to Louisville from Michigan. I’m still settling into my new home, which means my schedule is pretty open right now for dog walking and sitting. I have plenty of time and flexibility to focus on your pet’s needs, whether it’s daily walks or longer stays. I must say about my repeated clients as some may notice, I’ve had plenty ask me but unfortunately had already been moving to Kentucky or chose a longer term booking over a night booking from a repeated client. Your dog’s well-being is my absolute priority. I aim to create a fun, secure environment where your dog(s) feels at ease and cared for! I keep a close eye on them at all times and make sure they're safe, and comfortable whether we're relaxing at home or out for a walk. I’m committed to giving them the exercise and play time that they need —I'm always ready for a long game of fetch to tire them out! ( I have an A+ in throwing balls for dogs who are obsessed) I want every pet in my care to feel happy, loved, and completely at home.

“Absolutely wonderful! Clear communication and really paid attention to details. Betsy was adaptable and patient and I came home to three happy doggos who told me to say that they loved their new friend and can’t wait to see her again. Thank you!!!”

“Mariah is great! My cat is a shy boy and she even managed to get me some photos of him which was so comforting to see he was doing alright. I can't wait to book her again!”

“Sam is reliable with consistency and care of the fur babies. She is so kind to my dogs. I know they are in good hands and I don’t have to worry when on my long shifts. Thank you so much”

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs of all ages and stages. I have delivered puppies and taken care of them through their first 8 weeks of life. I have cared for older dogs giving them medication in various ways. I am a typical home body so overnight stays will ensure that your pet is seen, cuddled and cared for extended periods of time throughout the week. Daily I am home by 5:00. In my home pets are apart of the family. My only boundary is that pets are not allowed on the furniture, me and my kids have allergies and need the sheets to be clean!

About: I've been in the pet care business and rescue since 2006, I've fostered retired racing greyhounds, and I volunteer with KY humane. I especially love the senior pets and I'm great with shy dogs. I really enjoy casual training those young ones during walks to keep them consistent with you at home. With 17 years of experience, I've seen it all and problem solving is something I'm great at. Dog walking and Cat sitting is my full time job, so I make it a point to be available when I'm needed, and always work holidays and weekends with no extra fee. I take care of pets in their homes, where they are most comfortable and secure, I provide regular updates and photos so you never have doubts about their care, and encourage open communication with their humans.
