“Felice and Tyler are amazing and they helped us above and beyond. Kongkong, my 2 year old dog, ate a chicken bone the night before we dropped him off. Felice and Tyler took extra care to take pictures and videos of Kongkong and his droppings to keep me updated about his condition. They also contacted me when kongkong coughed a little more than normal, which ended up with getting him to a vet to see whether the coughs were contagious. Kongkong did not end up going back because the vet did not recommended so, and Felice and Tyler also provided us a full refund for the nights we ended up cancelling. I appreciate their understanding and open communication. Will definitely come back for the high quality service!”

She is very kind and caring, even sending daily pics and hysterical animated videos. I would highly recommend leaving your dog in her capable hands. The only risk is they may not want to come home.”
