About: I have had dogs throughout my entire life. Two of which live with my parents back in my hometown, and we have had them since they were puppies. With both dogs, I have personally crate trained and potty trained them both, as well as trained them to sit, lay down, and wait for their food. Additionally, a fun skill one of mine has learned is to wait and lift up each leg to get his harness on. While that is all experience with my own dogs, I have also done many drop in visits and overnight sitting for other pets. I am currently work a full-time job and am available to care for your pets in the evenings during the weekdays. As for weekends, I am available for boarding at my home, walks and drop-in visits! In your home, I will make sure that your pets are comfortable with me before proceeding, as this is the most important! Additionally, if you crate your dogs, I will make sure that they get to potty, play, and have water before returning to their crate. I am always open for any special requests that you may have, such as help with training, bathing, etc.

About: I’ve lived with a plethora of different dogs for longer than I can remember, and have nearly decade-long experience as a former dog owner myself. I’m familiar with small and large dogs alike, have put up with many mean dogs in the past, and I have the general know-how to care for older dogs and sick dogs. While I am a newcomer to Rover, I intend to serve my client’s and their dog’s needs with the utmost care and attention, and any dog I’m to watch over will receive as many walks and games as they so please. I’m currently serving as a volunteer for Heart of the Valley, and while I’m usually working 2-4 hours every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, that schedule is incredibly flexible and can be adjusted any which way in order to tend to a dog’s needs as long as bookings are made a day or two ahead of time. I have a very spacious yard, however it is not fenced. Dog’s can easily be leashed for potty breaks if necessary. Indoors, dogs can freely roam the house, but not without someone always keeping an eye on them, and they’ll be fed either twice a day or per the client’s request. In between they’ll receive all the attention and playtime they want, as well as at least one walk a day.

About: I've been a dog owner my entire life and have taken care of friends and neighbor's dogs for as long as I can remember. I thoroughly enjoy dogs [and cats] and will show your pets the same amount of love I would show my own! I work a hybrid flexible schedule. I can be available when necessary and will happily schedule around pet sitting. I am almost always available from early morning through early evening. I have a quarter acre fenced yard and a silver lab that loves play dates! We live in a split level so we do have stairs going up or down. We takes lots of walks to the local park and dog park and throw the ball as often as we can!

When I accept a boarding stay, I want your dog to be part of our everyday life—not simply a guest waiting for you to come home. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being will always come first in my home. I know how much trust it takes to leave a beloved pet in someone else’s care, and I take that responsibility very seriously. I’ll follow your dog’s normal feeding, medication, exercise, and bedtime routines as closely as possible, and I’m attentive to changes in behavior, appetite, energy, or anything else that might indicate they’re not feeling like themselves. Dogs will be supervised appropriately, kept secure on walks and outings, and given plenty of time to settle into their new surroundings. My own dog, Sadie, is friendly and social, and I want every dog who stays with us to feel safe, relaxed, and welcome. I’ll also keep you updated while you’re away, because I know how reassuring it is to see that your pet is happy and doing well. Most of all, I want my home to feel like a loving home away from home—not a kennel. Your dog will be cared for with patience, affection, respect, and lots of attention.
