About: Hi I will watch any animal I have experience in reptiles and small animal and of course dogs and cats. I'm studying to be a vet technician. I work a remote job and make my own hours. So I can help any type of pet at anytime. I'd love to work with anyone. I have two dogs and a guinea pig I will be getting my piggies a friend soon. My dogs go on so many walks and love to play and have zoomies.

“I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Samantha!!! My mom lives in Aurora Mo and I live 9 hours away in Wisconsin, my mom ended up in the hospital and I had no one to go let her dogs out. Samantha answered my message for help in just minutes saying she could assist with taking care of the dogs. She was even able to let them out and feed them the SAME NIGHT as my distress message. Set up 2 more visits for the next day as well because my dad wouldn’t be home until later that night. Samantha made me feel so at ease with entering my mom’s house without meeting her, taking care of my mom’s dogs that are her babies and locking back up! I was grateful for the pictures she sent of them so I knew they did indeed go potty. I sent the pictures to my mom and she cried knowing they were being well taken care of. About: I've taken care of several dogs and cats for friends and neighbors, whether that's just checking in or staying overnight. I am avaliable to accompany the pets for extended hours or days. Pet sitting is my full time job, so I am usually available whenever! I'm able to either stay with the pets or check on them periodically. I am able to watch pets at a client's house, always keeping an eye on them and making sure they're doing alright. I prefer visiting and/or staying in their environment, making sure the pets more comfortable and less stressed.

About: I volunteered at CARE which is a no kill pet shelter for cats and dogs in 2014 and recently started volunteering at this place again, February 2018. My duties included feeding and making sure the animals had enough water. Cleaned out kennels and cages and would take the dogs outside and walk them. I have had dogs and cats since I was born and currently had a dog who loved being around other cats and dogs. She loved to play with animals as well and loved children. Her name was Daisy she is in my profile pic with me. Daisy was euthanized on September 1st, 2023. I now have another dog whose name is Emma. She’s a year old and as long as it’s ok with a client I bring her to pet sitting jobs. She loves other animals including cats and loves to play. She’s lovable and affectionate and loves attention. I also have a cat and her name is Maizy. She is four years old and I got her when she was almost 4 weeks old. I would take Daisy for walks and if I could take her with me to other places I did. One of the places I took her was to the pet store. I no longer wear a mask unless I have to. If you prefer for me to wear one please let me know and I will wear one. I use to work at a job which required me to work a 10 hour shift. I am now working at a full time job which has 8 hour shifts. I can work around my schedule if needed. My supervisor does work with me on switching my days around if needed. I can’t keep your pet in my apartment due to rules and restrictions but I can come to your home. I will provide my own food and necessities.

What sets me apart is that I work remotely, which allows me to be present with pets throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. I previously owned a black lab named Aurora, and I currently have an orange cat of my own. I also have regularly helped care for my mother’s two dogs — a Maltese Schnauzer and a Golden Retriever — and I’ve looked after my sister’s dog multiple times in the past as well. Animals tend to gravitate toward me because I pay close attention to their body language, boundaries, and personalities. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat the space with the understanding that it is first and foremost your pet’s home and safe environment. I’m very respectful of both the home and the routines that your pet is used to. I keep the environment calm, clean, and consistent so your pet feels comfortable while you’re away. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and house rules. I aim to maintain the same peaceful atmosphere your pet is used to. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, relaxed, and cared for, while also treating your home with the same respect I would my own.

About: I’ve grown up with, and been taking care of dogs majority of my life. I know how important it is to make sure your dog is in good hands and would love to help you out! Could definitely do morning and evening care. I have some flexibility with work, so depending on your needs, we can definitely work something out in between that! I believe in maintaining structure (yes, even for dogs). They do better when they know what to expect too.
