About: I have dog sat for the past ten years. During that time I have bottle fed puppies, administered medications and cared for a senior dog who had ALS. I currently work freelance remotely so I am available anytime during the week to look after your fur babies and I love to go on long walks so they will get plenty of exercise. I am a person who is big on personal space and would never want someone to feel uncomfortable in their own home. So, I would make sure that your home is the same way that you left it.

About: I grew up with 4 dogs and 3 cats (all of which were rescues) since the age of 15 and that is where my love of pets began. I work in the mornings until 12pm and have off in the afternoon, so I will have time in the afternoon and evenings to take care of other people's animals I have several leashes to use to walk dogs and I have gates and crates that I can block of certain areas of the house to make sure they are safe.

sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
