If we didn't already think highly of D, upon arrival for their second stay, our boys bounded straight past us and ran to the door. About: I grew up on a 25 acre cow farm. As a child I had every pet imaginable. As a mother I allowed my children to experience owning pets. My 2 youngest grown children have dogs and they are my grand dogs lol. We are a horse family. I have a degree in education and have been a teacher for ever. I am a waitress- I usually work full-time, but it’s the slow season & we have a server surplus at the moment. I’m currently only scheduled for 3 night shifts a week, so my schedule is pretty open. Even on the days I do work, I would be able to check-in & care for the dogs before I go in, & can check on them afterwards as well if needed. Basically, I currently have plenty of time to fit in pet care. I am comfortable staying at someone else’s place; it would be nice to have a change of scenery every once in a while. Of course, I will treat your house with respect & be sure to leave it as it was when I arrived! If they wanna chill & sleep, that’s fine with me, but if they’re really active & need to play, I will play fetch & tug-o-war for hours on end. I have a car & supplies to take care of a dog if it is needed (snacks, poop bags, leash, blankets, first aid kit). I’m familiar with dog breeds & behavior & am aware of different training techniques so I’m not worried about being able to manage any dog- like getting them in their crate at the end of the night, or establishing a relationship with them, etc. I will care for your pet the way you want, but above all I will always care for an animal with the utmost respect & love, 💕

I have a nice size yard with neighbors on both sides who have fenced in yards so you Furr baby will have plenty of safe and secure room to explore, I also have a gated in kitchen area of my home and have a crate I can set up as well if requested, I also do allow pets on the furniture they are family after all!

I know pets feel safest when things stay familiar, so I do my best to keep their routine calm and consistent while their family is away. I also treat every home with care and respect. I make sure doors are locked, food and water are refreshed, litter boxes or pet areas are kept clean, and pets are safe before I leave. I pay close attention to each pet’s behavior, comfort level, and personality, whether they are playful, shy, energetic, independent, or need a little extra reassurance. My goal is for pets to feel safe, loved, and comfortable, and for owners to feel confident knowing their pets and home are in trustworthy hands.
About: Surrounded by dogs my whole life, I’ve always connected deeply with anything furry. If I could play with dogs all day for the rest of my life, I will find a way. I’m a student who likes animals more than people. My schedule is pretty flexible. I would love pop in visits or walks with your pup of any breed. I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family for about 5 years and if I win the lottery I’m adopting 200 dogs from every shelter within a 50 mile radius. Skills would include the ability to connect with dogs, play for hours, snuggle and give medicine when needed. Im also great with cats, plants, chickens, and ducks! Im available during holidays. Nature is a big part of my life so taking your doggie outdoors would benefit the both of us!
