About: I have fostered close to 50 cats ranging from 3 days old to 19 years old. I have two cats of my own and had a dog for 13 years. I have done many overnight dog sitting stays as well as a few cat sitting stays. I love the outdoors as well and going for walks with dogs is one of my favorite outdoor hobbies! I am a full time college student during the school year, but my summers are spent doing part time jobs so I have extra free time to spend time and care for lots of animals! I have experience with big dogs, little dogs, and cats of all ages and personality types. About: Until college, I had never lived in a home without a dog. And from a young age, I was taught everything I need to know about caring for them. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
