About: Leaving your pups with a stranger is extremely worrying! With me as your sitter, I can send you wellness pictures as often as you’d like, text you plenty of updates, and treat them as my own. I currently own 5 very high maintenance dogs, in which most of them are large breed. I’ve gone through thick and thin with dogs, but I believe that they all deserve love. If you are worried about finding a sitter who can manage your wild (or calm) dogs, then I’d be happy to help! I will always elaborate on my schedule with owners and spend as much time as I can with the animals! I work part time, but most likely I would be requesting off work to be with your animals. I don’t mind dogs on the couch, or on the bed. I am not strict on any training at all, but being potty trained is fairly needed unless it’s a puppy or senior. I can provide walks and baths. If your pets need a few hours of playtime, I can play with them as well. Every family has specific needs that I would be glad to discuss with you!

About: Having been around a variety of animals for my entire life I appreciate the joy and place they hold in their family’s lives. My own soul dog (Sheltie named Finn) passed away in 2025 and he is dearly missed. Though he is gone, my love of animals has never changed. These days I paint animal portraits for shelter donations, care for the pets of family/friends, and now I serve to help those seeking an aid for their furry family member. Every family deserves to know their animal(s) are being cared for with the utmost respect. That is the level of responsibility I take when I will accompany your pet on a walk or to check on them during the day. There is also plenty of room for play and affection! They are your family and deserve to be treated as such. I am currently working part-time weekdays until 2 pm. After work, I am available to assist in the care of animals by walking or checking on their welfare. The first thing I do when arriving is ensure that all animals within the home are well by observing them. Once that is assured, I take the time to let them adjust to my presence by allowing them to meet me on their terms. Afterwards, I ensure water bowls are changed or topped off, litter boxes are emptied if needed, and prepare any dogs for their walks.

“Where do I begin? I guess let me start by saying I don’t trust ANYONE except like 3 close friends with my pup. He’s a Norwegian Elkhound & Poodle Mix (a hound-doodle if you will lol). If you know anything about doodles, they are a very high energy/high stimulation breed, and also insanely smart! But also takes soooo much time to train them and consistency is absolutely key with them. With that being said, he learns (and unlearns) QUICK. For example, he used to be a HUGE jumper, and being a bigger lanky dog, it’s not a behavior I would like to be reinforced. After months of training it out of him (yes months…) he was finally not jumping or lunging at people! Yay!! But then… I had a sitter once that told me she made sure he didn’t jump… my security cameras said otherwise. And him jumping scratching my face when I came back home… also said otherwise. However, with Destinee that was absolutely opposite of the case!! She still implemented training with him, adhered closely to his med/eating schedule, played with him, gave him his treats/bones, and just took such great care of him. I could tell just from the pictures (which were also 👩🏼🍳💋) that he was being well taken care of and those behavioral boundaries were still being maintained!! When I got home, I swear he was even calmer than when I had left!! I will definitely be a repeat client for Destinee, and am so happy she was the one that responded to my request 🩵”
