“BEST Pet/House Sitters Ever! We lost 1 of our fur-babies, which resulted in us not being comfortable leaving 1 cat a lone and taking our dogs to a kennel as originally planned. At the last minute we were scrambling to find someone willing to stay at our house with our cat that lost her cat-mate and our dogs that lost their little cat-brother and they were all showing signs of grieving. We luckily found this amazing family and they took care of our fur-babies just like they were theirs. Mimi, Mackenzie and David were communicative, sent pictures, snuggled with our critters, let them sit on their laps and made sure they had plenty of exercise too. We feel so fortunate to have found Mimi and family! If we weren't relocating to another state I would continue to book with them. They are really kind people and were AMAZING with our cat and dogs.”

“Alyssa stayed with my needy little poodle mix and also my son’s active golden retriever for a long weekend. Both dogs seemed happy and relaxed when we came on and the house was clean and tidy. I would totally have her come again!”

“Michael looked after my four small dogs recently. I can’t recommend him more highly. Michael is a great communicator, intuitive with my dogs and responded to each of their needs accordingly. Michael notified me immediately of any potential issues. This is reassuring as a dog owner of two special needs pups (a diabetic, insulin dependent dog and one with separation anxiety and collapsed trachea.) Caring person, who is responsible and proactive. Highly recommended.”

“Brandon did a great job caring for my Golden Retriever! He sent lots of photos and was very communicative throughout the whole time I was gone. I came home to a tidy house and a happy dog. Will definitely use him again!”

“We LOVE how much Shalindra loves our dogs, and they love her! She keeps us thoroughly updated and sends plenty of pictures and videos so we know they’re doing well. She is someone who you know just adores spending time with dogs, which helps us know she’s enjoying her time with our pups, even if one of our dogs is insane haha. Highly recommend Shalindra if you want someone to truly enjoy hanging out with your pups and update you along the way.”

“I'm so happy to have met and worked with Penny! She came over before her first house-sitting gig for a meet-and-greet and everyone loved her calm, easy-going, and trusting nature. Penny's professional approach and great communication skills were something I really appreciated. I strongly recommend her!”

“Mary was great and our boys totally loved having fun with her. She took care of the wee monsters with their meds and needs though we had a cougar in the area making it hard for them to get outside I'm sure they were totally fine just having her around. I'd hire her again as soon as I can!”

“Sarah was WONDERFUL! She was communicative, respectful of all house rules, and my dogs were really well cared for. She even went above and beyond with clean up before we returned. We will absolutely use Sarah in the future.”

“Robin was conscientious and attentive to Gilly and was willing to stay with Gilly in our home. Gilly had a good time and I felt comfortable leaving her with Robin for a week.”

“Nancy’s first stay with my pets was exceptional. Being away (and out of cell service) for a week is a huge leap of faith and Nancy delivered in full and then some. The pets were happy and well tended. She left extensive notes and updates for my return and even when above and beyond in a handful of the responsibilities we had discussed. She will be my first stop for all future house sittings without a doubt 🧡🖤🖤🐾”

“Keleia did a wonderful job taking care of our cat while we were away for 5 nights. She is reliable and trustworthy and loves pets. We hate leaving our cat but when travel is needed will not hesitate to use her again. Thank you!”

“Our dog Asia has severe separation anxiety and needs a person to be around all the time. Hope took good care of Asia while I was at work, sent a couple pictures, and communicated clearly. We would hire Hope again.”

“Nobody will love on your pet like Anna. My adoring dog only had eyes on Anna when I got home. It’s great knowing my dog bonded with her so fully. Eventually he will be MY DOG again but he is still searching the house for her several days later. I will only use Anna from now on because I love knowing my baby is in such loving and responsible hands. Thank you Anna!!!”

“Eunice was great. She took out our pups on regular walks, managed their medication, and kept in regular contact. We’re so happy she’s one of our regulars!”

“Autumn was wonderful. Pax loved her immediately, it’s how she interacts with him that made him feel comfortable and safe in the first second of meeting. Autumn is very quick to respond and we love the updates and pictures.”
Fragaria pet parents share their Rover experiences
Aiden is a super nice and responsible guy. He stayed at our house and watched our two pets, Dazey and Criminal, for ten days while we were away on vacation. We met a few days before leaving, and Aiden attentively listened as I toured through the house. When we finally left, Aiden contacted me via text for some clarification, which I always appreciate. He was even nice enough to water our plants, and left the house in perfect condition. But the most important part was that Dazey and Criminal were safe and well taken care of. Aiden thoughtfully asked if he could bring Dazey, our golden retriever, along to meet his own dog, which we happily agreed to. (I'm sure Dazey was happy, too.) All in all, we're very lucky to have found a local Vashonite that can help put our minds at ease when we go away. We'd be thrilled to have Aiden watch our pets the next time we go away.
