About: I am a Special Education teacher who works at a Therapeutic School by day and an animal lover all day and night. I do not have kids but I have 3 cats and babysit my friends and families fur babies any chance I get. Pets have free range of my home, they can relax on the couch, chair and bed whenever they want. I have experience watching dogs from pups-elderly. I volunteer at a local animal rescue in Palatine and bring in therapy dogs to visit my classroom. I rescued and adopted a deaf kitty with one eye, and I've always had animals in my home. I am a non-smoker and vegan (vegans really do love animals). For any overnight/weekend stays, I will be home and available to play, go for lots of walks and hangout all weekend long with your fur baby. Regular walks, feedings, playtime and relaxation based on your dogs needs is my priority. I have three loving cats who will keep your dog company. I have a small backyard that is away from cars/traffic and a large front yard. I have a dog tie out and spiral stake for dogs that want to roam around my unfenced front and/or backyard. Playdates with neighboring dogs is always an option or solo, quiet time if they prefer. I can keep your pet on their walking/feeding/play/sleep schedule as you request.

About: I am a big dog lover. I couldn’t have dogs for most of my life due to my dad’s allergies. I coped with that by dogsitting until I moved out and was able to have a dog of my own. I recently rescued a senior dog with a lot of anxiety so I have experience working with nervous dogs. I would love to take care of your dog and treat them like my own. I am currently available any time during the week to let your dog out or take them for a walk. I am home during the day with my dog so I have lots of flexibility. A big part of dog care is adapting to the dog. I know each dog is different with their own set of needs. My goals is to adjust to each dog I work with to make them feel safe and loved.

About: I fostered for two years multiple puppies. I taught them tricks and learned how to bathe dogs properly. I’m very patient and love taking multiple walks with my dog everyday! I have a very flexible schedule that I can accommodate to your needs! I am available for boarding on the weekend. And pet sitting on holidays. I have a friendly dog to keep your dog company. In the area that I live we have several dog friendly walking paths. I have a huge backyard as well.

About: I’ve been caring for, training, and owning dogs nearly my whole life starting from childhood to now fostering/watching for friends and family. I’ve also had experience working professionally as a pet sitter. Whether your pup is large or small I’ll care for them as if they were my own and bring all the playful energy as a young adult to provide a fun experience during my time with them. I currently work remotely and have increased flexibility for scheduling needs. Although I will need to primarily be at home during my working hours I am able to ensure your pets are taken care of in a timely fashion without being left for too long without potty breaks. Your boundaries for your animals whether they be rules or practices in your personal home will be closely followed and respected. I bring my years of pet experience to ensure their safety is my top priority when staying with them overnight or providing daily care along with giving them the company they’ll need while you are away.

About: I have been a pet owner since I brought my first dog home at 12yo and told my parents "they said we could keep her overnight to see if we liked her. We currently have three dogs, and my roommate has two. I truly believe that people don't deserve dogs, they are the best! I decided to take a break from working full time, and this is my only job right now. Coming from working 12 hours a days, I understand the guilt that come along with that for pet parents. I'm happy to step in where you can't! I'm used to working with an array of dogs, big and small along with those that have special needs, like my own. I will take whatever precautions necessary, and follow all owner guidelines.

About: I have a 5 acres property. 1 acre fenced in so dogs have a safe space to run and play. It is a little dog vacation paradise. I love animals and love helping others. I am home full time to care for your pets like they are our own. I am excited to take care of them while you are away. I love playing with the dogs and going then a vacation of their own. My property has paths through it and has lots of space.

About: I think my personality stands out because I am a pretty talkative person when I am comfortable and I like to try new things. Some skill that I have are I am a problem solver, I have good leadership, i’m a fun person to be around and I have a good attitude. I did lots of extracurriculars in school and I think I get those qualities from being so involved and getting to know different people. I think caring for pets will bring me closer with different animals and give me a good skill to have in the future. I do dream to have pets of my own when I am older. I always make sure that they are well fed, hydrated, and happy. I am also a pretty clean person so I keep cleanliness in mind as I do my job. About: I’ve taken care of many animals since I was 10 dogs, cats, horses!! I have 5 Siberian huskies myself! I love and adore taking care of animals! Always treat them like they’re my own! I currently work Monday-Friday 6-2:30! I’m free during the week after 2:30! The weekends I’m completely open. I can do overnights during the week and weekends, dog walking, stopping in for check ins! I have a fully enclosed backyard I have other dogs to keep company. If not I can always stay with your animal at their home where there are comfortable in they’re familiar environment!

About: I’ve taken care of an age range from puppy to senior. Raised my own dog from newborn to a year old in a fostering situation. But have also walked neighbors dogs as well. I’m currently a sophomore in college taking courses over summer time. So with this different format of work I’ll be able to help out and also focus on school. For drop-ins, I am comfortable with fenced & unfenced with leash. I am comfortable with playing, feeding, administering oral/ear medicine if needed, and taking for walks.

Work part-time in specialized, diversified retail, otherwise freelance (gig work, journalism, music industry -related tasks, et. al.), with a flexible schedule for early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Currently only available for offsite care—as I live in a modest apartment—while exercising discretion, security, respect, and cleanliness. My own pets are low maintenance, so available for mornings, evenings, or overnight, but not full-time offsite.
