About: I think I love cats and have them since I am little and if I could, I would have at least 10 of them haha I worked as a volunteer in a shelter in Erie PA, I used to play with cats and they used to have around 50 cats and as a volunteer I need to follow protocol to protect the cats. Unfortunately I had to move or otherwise I would be there as a volunteer still. About: I've taken care of dogs and cats (both pet-sitting and dog walking) since I was 8 years old (over 14 years of experience!) and still frequently care for the dogs and cats of friends and family. I grew up with a black Labrador and miss having her around (she passed away while I was in college). I currently have a labrador and pittie mix and she gets along very well with dogs of all sizes. I absolutely adore dogs and cats and would love to take care of yours! I have a variable schedule as a nurse practitioner but am home for the holidays so can board your pup with mine or drop by yours for walks or house sitting (so long as my pup can tag along too for longer stays!) My pup is a 4 year old lab mix who is very friendly with other dogs! I can do boarding at my place as long as your dog is good with other pups. I can definitely go on long walks or runs, as well as shorter ones to get your pup some exercise! I'm happy to do drop-in services as well.

As he reached the later stages of his life and became unable to walk on his own, I helped provide the extra patience, attention, and hands-on care he needed to remain comfortable and feel loved. That experience taught me that caring for an animal isn’t always about the easy or playful moments—it’s about being there for them through every stage of life and making sure they always feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m not a “one-size-fits-all” sitter. Every animal has their own personality, routine, and needs, and I take the time to understand what makes each pet feel comfortable, happy, and cared for. Whether they need plenty of exercise and playtime, a consistent routine, extra patience and attention, or simply some companionship while you’re away, I’m prepared to give them the care they need. I work from home Monday through Friday until 4:30 PM, which gives me the flexibility to provide pet care before and after my workday. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, playtime, and overnight care outside of my working hours, and I’m happy to work with your pet’s individual schedule and needs. When I’m caring for your pets in your home, my priority is keeping them comfortable, happy, and on their normal routine. I take the time to follow their usual feeding, potty, walking, medication, playtime, and bedtime schedules so they feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’ll give them plenty of attention and companionship, while also respecting their space and personality. Since I work from home, I’m able to spend a lot of time with them throughout the day when I’m not working, rather than simply stopping in for a quick visit. I’ll also keep your home clean and cared for, and provide regular updates so you know how your pets are doing.
