“To be honest I was very worried about having someone new come look in on chewy and take him on walks as he usually don’t do well with new people. But chewy and Haley got along right from the start!! She gave me constant updates and pics of chewy. I’m highly impressed with Haley. Haley will be my go to when I go away to look in after chewy.”

About: I am a lover of all animals, they are my world. I look forward to taking care of your furry friends as if they were my own. I am an owner and operator of a dog grooming business in the Lewisberry area. I also have owned dogs and other animals most of my life. I have taken care of my neighbors, friends and family's dogs, cats, and other pets. I always have had a special bond with animals and enjoy time spent with them. Through the years I've raised orphaned bunnies, birds, and squirrels. Most of what I know is self taught by experience, books, or by asking questions to other animal people and veterinary . I am willing to take care of other household pets: cats, bunnies, hamsters, birds, and lizards.

About: I have had and taken care of mine and other's pets for over 20 years. I have experience with all different ages, breeds and personalities. I have a very flexible schedule so my schedule is pretty much open and I can change to whatever I needs it to change to. I take care of animals the way I parent my own child. I agree with a gentle approach and an understandable approach. I do not agree with hitting dogs or rubbing their faces in accidents. I'm also very patient.

About: I have always been careful when taking my dogs out on a walk. Never crossing the street on a green light, even if there are no vehicles in sight. I tend to keep a tight leash with the dogs. Keeping them in my sight and always cleaning up after them. I would also enjoy sprinting down the block with my dogs to get them tired as they are a highly energetic breed. When it comes to caring for a pet in a client's home I would always make sure the dogs feels safe and have fun with me I would really just take them out on long walks around the city or just let them have fun in a park with plenty of open space. I will maintain the feeding schedule given to me by the clients and if they allow treats I will bring treats

About: I have a B.S. in Animal Science from Delaware Valley University and have lots of experience working with and owning all types of animals, from huge horses to tiny fish. No animal is a challenge, and I hope to meet them all! I know Rover does not offer “exotic” animal (rabbits, reptiles, fish, etc) or livestock (horses, cattle, chickens, etc) pet-sitting, but I understand that lots of people have more than one pet, so feel free to ask about my exotic animal pet sitting as well and we can figure it out! My weekly schedule changes all the time, but I always have weekends and a few days here and there to do whatever you need for your precious pet! I will always, no matter how difficult or unique, do whatever is needed to make sure your precious pets are cared for in the most loving and safest way. Nothing is too much for me, and I will always communicate with you!

“Sara was very professional, communicated well and sent lots of great pictures. Our senior pup was well cared for and seemed to enjoy his time with Sara. It was great to know our pup was in great hands while we were away! Thank you Sara.”

“We couldn’t be happier with the amazing care our dog received while we were away on vacation. Lauren went above and beyond to make sure our pup felt loved, comfortable, and well-exercised every single day. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our dog was in such capable and caring hands. From daily walks and playtime to thoughtful updates and photos, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine love for animals. Our dog absolutely adored her and it showed! About: I recently transitioned from the Veterinary field to human medicine! My life revolves around the safety and well-being of furry friends and their families! I've previously worked in the Vet/Animal Welfare field for three years and have 2 cats myself. I've always loved animals, have taken care of strays outdoors, rescued pups stranded outside and dedicated my education and life to helping animals thrive. I'm trained in reading dog and cat behavior/body language and have completed a course on Animal Behavior and Welfare. I'm also certified in Pet First-Aid and CPR and eager to meet you and your companions! I'm currently working full time at a hospital, but have a couple days off weekly, so I'd like to help some folks out who might be working as well or going out of town and need someone to watch over their fur babies, whenever I have some free time. <3 I practiced "fear free" standards in my workspace and will apply those same standards to your furry family members if/when they need to be bathed, crated, fed, walked, etc. Regardless of how trained a pup or kitty is or if your property has a fence, I do not believe in leaving animals outside unsupervised, so they're always being looked after, even while they enjoy some sunbathing. I do everything in my ability to make sure every animal I come into contact with is as comfortable as they can be.

About: Taking care of dogs and cats has been my specialty since I was a child! I have had 8 dogs of all kinds, as well as 10 cats, not including my grandmother’s. My family and neighbors would trust me to feed and water their pets while they were away. I am great at crating puppies and socializing feral/young kittens. It’s always a pleasure to brush or bathe pets depending on their size! I am working a part-time job at Petsmart so my day is already filled with furry faces! But I will still have plenty of days where I can come take care of your puppy or kitty! My schedules are usually two weeks out so I have plenty of notice of when I am free. Contact me of a day when you’d like me to care for your pet and I will let you know the earliest I am available that day! Unfortunately I am not in a position to invite pets into my home… I am figuring out my living situation and will update this section when I have a suitable place for pets to visit!

About: I have a comfortable and welcoming home with a fenced in half-acre backyard. About this sitter: I absolutely love all pets and am happy to treat yours as well as my own. I know how hard it can be when you can’t be around and I am here so you don’t need to worry during your time away. Why I love dog sitting: I have had pets all my life, I know how hard it is to find someone to trust with your pets. And how hard it can be to juggle life and a pet sometimes. I like being there when you can’t. Plus, I’m not allowed to have as many pets as I want, so I will just help take care of yours. Meet my pets: Jasmine is our giant baby Rottweiler and Peanut is our sweet and patient Calico. My experience administering medication I am comfortable with medication, though I would request a demonstration for any shots or injection if needed. Working part-time I spend a lot of my time in the backyard with the pups. Our half acre backyard is fenced in and is fairly secluded so your pets will have plenty of nature. Pets all require their own special attention. I love getting to know each one. Following instructions to specification is a strength. I can be there to make sure that your companions get what they need when you can’t be.

About: I’ve worked in a dog kennel for years and I know how to preform dog and cat cpr along with administration of insulin and medications. I also know to listen very carefully to instructions in order to keep your pet safe. Currently only working few hours during the week as a dog bather\ groomer and hoping to grow my name in pet care services! I’m able to check in on dogs everyday multiple times, walk dogs wherever and usually whenever, and I will follow strict direction from you in order to create the safest most loving space for your animal! I make sure that I follow all directions very strictly from feeding, schedules, bathroom, routines, and clean up. I also make sure that the animal is comfortable with me in the home which means I ask for at least one preferably 2 homes visits for free in order for your animal to meet me with you in the home I order to make sure they’ll be comfortable with me watching them.
