This is an exciting venture that will allow me to help families with the care and needs of their fur babies as well. I currently work full-time; however, I do work from home Mondays and Wednesday to which I can sit for you in emergencies or just go and checkin to make sure they have all needs meet. While I’ve never owned a dog of my own, I’ve had hands-on experience helping care for my roommate’s chihuahua, Juju, throughout college. I co-parented her while my roommate balanced a busy school and work schedule. In addition, I volunteered at Safe Haven Animal Shelter just outside of Lubbock during my time at Texas Tech, where I earned my bachelor’s degree. I’m attentive to dogs’ needs—whether it’s a potty break, a walk around the park, or just some quality playtime and affection.
