The oldest cat I’ve looked after was 23 years old and the youngest I’ve ever taken care of was 8 weeks old, I’ve worked with very cuddly cats, very spicy cats, blind cats, deaf cats, you name it; and I’ve loved each of them! I take my dogs on "adventures" and they do have seat belts to keep them safe in the car. Your pets would be a part of our family and I would have them on a similar schedule unless directed to do something different by you. I work less than a mile from my home and have cameras all over my house. I am able to be home within 5 minutes or less if needed when I am away. Walks, outside & play time are very dependent on the weather. We don't go outside in lightning at all or if it is raining weather we only go out back for potty breaks and I look at weather apps multiple times a day because I do have a sweet girl that does not handle storms well at all. We have a dog park in the neighborhood and great walking trails. We go on long adventures as much as possible as long as it is not too hot or cold. Paw pad inspections are done with my bare feet on the concreate before my babies are allowed to walk. My sweet girl is older, so Leia is not able to handle the heat like Kylo. I am also very mindful of this. Your babies would be treated as if they were my babies unless there are other things you need me to do that I am currently not doing for my own.

I’ll treat your home with the utmost respect, keep everything tidy, bring in mail or packages if requested, water plants, and provide regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets and home are being cared for with the same attention and respect I would give my own.

About: I've had both dogs and cats since I was young. I have worked in vets, rescues, and animal shelters, and have experiences with animals of all ages. My schedule is currently completely open and available, so I am able to watch your pets any day of the week or weekend, at any time! I understand that pet owners know their pets better than anybody! About: As far as I can remember, I have always had pets. Dogs, cats, parakeets, hamsters, squirrels and the list goes on. I enjoy being with animals, they give me a sense of peace and well-being that I cannot find anywhere else. They ARE the best stress releaser. I have raised 2 litters of puppies and taken care of a few older furr babies. (They take a little more patience because they cannot get around like they used to) I do have a full-time job, but I can set my hours as needed. I am able to come home throughout the day and am home evenings and weekends. I have walking trails and a couple of parks that we can spend time together enjoying the outdoors. I share a home with my daughter and four-year-old granddaughter. Fur babies must be kid-friendly if staying the night. I have a fenced back yard. I do have a crate, if that is what you do when you are gone. I, also, am fine with them sleeping with me or near me if that is what you prefer.
About: I have had cats as pets my whole life and dogs as an adult. I have been pet sitting for about 6 years to dogs from puppies to seniors. Times have ranged from weekends to a month. I started fostering kittens when covid hit. I have found joy in caring for animals with all their different personalities. I have become experienced in all things kittens : bottle feeding , tube feeding administering medicine (my neighbor will even call me to give her pets pills) flea baths ringworm baths, brushing teeth you name it . I have even had to help kittens cross the rainbow bridge. It has been bitter sweet , but the love they give is more then enough. All animals deserve the best treatment and love we can give them I have been in education for 20 years teaching art and currently an administrator for the districts Fine Arts Department. My schedule is flexible enough to be able to check on animals during the day so they are taken care of. My job is flexible enough that i can leave for lunch and take care of your pets in the middle of the day as well. I have three cats that have been around lots of dog and cat “visitors” .
