This was our 4th time using Kristen and I would give her 10 stars if I could. Our dogs love her big back yard that they can run around in, and our cat (a former cat and our current cat) love her sunroom. We were gone for 2 weeks, and I never once worried about my furry kids. She sends updates to let you know how they are doing, and also sends pictures. She treats your pets as if they were her own. Highly recommend.

My dogs are very needy and Allison & Nicholas catered to them! One dog has recently gone blind and she was carried and treated so well - making sure she knew where everything was. The other did food refusal because we were gone and they gently hand fed him - what a spoiled pup! Both dogs had wonderful outside time and were snuggled a lot. Our flights were unexpectedly canceled last night, and we weren’t able to fly out until Thursday. Alexandra stepped in without hesitation and took such great care of our pets during a very stressful situation. She was incredibly kind, flexible, and reassuring, and we were so relieved knowing our pets were in good hands. We were extremely happy with the way she helped us out and took care of everything. Truly grateful for her support and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
Mikendra was nothing short of amazing! she was definitely a life saver. she came to our rescue when we were in a last minute desperate hunt for a sitter and she definitely delivered .
