Pen has a wonderful time with Rebecca. This is his fifth or sixth visit and he’s looking forward to a several week stay during our vacation. He’s clearly very relaxed and happy every time we pick him up from a visit. They have lots of walks and quality time, what more could he ask for!
Our flights were unexpectedly canceled last night, and we weren’t able to fly out until Thursday. Alexandra stepped in without hesitation and took such great care of our pets during a very stressful situation. She was incredibly kind, flexible, and reassuring, and we were so relieved knowing our pets were in good hands. We were extremely happy with the way she helped us out and took care of everything. Mikendra was nothing short of amazing! she was definitely a life saver. she came to our rescue when we were in a last minute desperate hunt for a sitter and she definitely delivered . Brian immediately connected with Narius and had a very calm and steady presence that helped put my dog at ease.
