They helped him get warmed up with a meet and greet and then our 3 month old pup was excited to go back the next day to stay. He found his home away from for a week and was sad leaving his new friends. Diana and her family took great care of our boy while we were on vacation, helped house train him, and taught him a few commands. Very easy to communicate with and flexible!! We had an issue with a canceled flight and were able to work it out for our dogs to stay that night and be picked up the following morning instead. We did not have access to internet while on our trip so we let them know we wouldn't be able to communicate much while we were away, but I know they would have been more than happy to send more photos/updates if able to! Very positive experience☺️
This was our first time using Rover and I'm so glad we chose Jennifer to watch our Golden Retriever. Our dog stayed 8 nights, and we were sent photos and daily updates. Not once did I feel worried about her well-being. I can tell our dog enjoyed her stay, and I'm not convinced she's glad to be back home! We will most definitely use Jennifer again in the future, and will recommend her to others.
Our flights were unexpectedly canceled last night, and we weren’t able to fly out until Thursday. Alexandra stepped in without hesitation and took such great care of our pets during a very stressful situation. She was incredibly kind, flexible, and reassuring, and we were so relieved knowing our pets were in good hands. We were extremely happy with the way she helped us out and took care of everything. Truly grateful for her support and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
Mikendra was nothing short of amazing! she was definitely a life saver. she came to our rescue when we were in a last minute desperate hunt for a sitter and she definitely delivered . Our fur baby was in good hands and well taken care of. And I like the fact that she keeps you updated with pics throughout the stay of your pet. I would definitely recommend her.
Brian immediately connected with Narius and had a very calm and steady presence that helped put my dog at ease. He updated me regularly with photos and comments about how Narius was doing, and took him to the dog park,let him run around, get some energy out and have fun. Brian is intelligent and communicative and I will definitely rebook him.
