About: Hi, we are Amy and Brandon! About us: We’ve both grown up taking care of a multitude of animals, but mostly cats and dogs. Our pets are our world, and we love giving them the lives they deserve. We would be honored to be able to give your pets that same treatment. About our place: we have a three bedroom house with a fenced in yard. This gives us plenty of room for play, snuggles, and space if we have any dogs that may feel anxious or overwhelmed. We live in a quiet neighborhood with many routes that are great for walks, as well. About the experience: We know it can be stressful for owners and for their pets when going to a new place. Therefore, we would love to hear about your pet’s personality, routines, likes, dislikes, and anything else you may want to share to make this the most comfortable and fun experience! Usually one or both of us will be home but if we ever leave the house our two dogs are crate trained and we encourage bringing a crate if you have one. If not, we have doggy gates we can arrange to keep everyone separate. But, like I said, we’re normally home! Our pets are great about only eating out of their bowls but we still separate your pets while eating to avoid any possible food aggression and prevent them from eating a type of food that may upset their tummies/keep them with what they’re familiar with. We always have plenty of toys and treats (if allowed) to keep your pets feeling happy and loved! We also enjoy sending picture/video updates to give peace of mind if interested! About our family: if you’ve made it this far, we’d love to introduce our pets! We have two dogs. Tucker: our 7-year-old terrier mix. His ideal day would involve endless snuggles, belly rubs, and snacks. Sadie: our 3-year-old golden doodle. She is full of kisses and could play all day long and never need a break. We also have two cats. Boo: our 7-year-old black medium hair. She gets her zoomies at night and spends the day recharging on the couch. Yas: our 5-year-old tabby cat, doesn’t ever get the zoomies but still spends her days recharging in our bedroom. We would love to have the chance to welcome your animals into our home and let ours make some new friends along the way! At home and available Monday through Thursday and most Fridays. As for weekends, please refer to our calendar for availability. If something comes up we will keep that updated or let you know ahead of time. We have a three bedroom house with a fenced in yard. About: I love all animals and grew up taking care of all sorts of pets, however dogs hold the biggest piece of my heart. My wonderful pup, Bentley, recently went over the rainbow 🌈 after 13 amazing years together and there’s been a little piece of me missing ever since. Let me love on your dog when you can’t! We will definitely be helping each other out ❤️🥰 I work from home and can be around most of the time your pet is in my care. I love to play and go on walks. My schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate your pet, whatever the need. When they are with me, they are welcome on the couch and bed or I will follow any instructions to keep your fur baby on their normal regimen. Every animal has different needs and I will make sure they feel comfortable and are well cared for. I am familiar with aggressive breeds and know how to handle all kinds of situations. I’ve also had a senior pet that required medicines and special foods. Whatever kind of care your pet needs, I can assure you I will treat them like my own. I generally only sit 1-3 dogs at a time (dependent on size) since I live in an apartment, however I will take them out often to make sure they get enough exercise and I will smother them with love if they will let me! If you have more then 3 dogs or any questions on how many dogs will be here with yours, please reach out! I will try to accommodate wherever I can.

About: —~> Ask about Farm Animal Care <~— Spending time with animals is a gift. It is a joy to meet new furry friends and give them extra love while their caretakers are out adventuring or working. I love to go for walks on the beach or in the woods. I like to chase sunsets and sunrises. All of which are more enjoyable with sweet creatures. I adore giving affection and opportunities to play for both cats and dogs. I have tended to a variety of different types of animals over the years. Some need ample one on one attention. Which I accommodate by giving them solo walks and separate meal times when requested. Others who loved to be social or had other animal roommates that needed plenty of outdoor time. Elder cats and dogs who needed extra special care, medication, fluids, and special diets. Dog and cat drop ins can make a world of difference for an animal navigating extended time away from their people/person. I give them all focused attention, consideration, bonding interactions and love. Dog walks are a vital key to their health and well being. It takes a village to tend to our critters too! Human and animal. I have many special spots for them to enjoy throughout the Olympic Peninsula. Including safe off leash areas when requested. I have a 5 year old dog, Hoodi. She does not come with me for cat or dog drop ins. Dog walks can include her company or not, always at your discretion. She does join me for overnight pet sitting and loves other dogs. She tends towards submissive and loves to chase and play. She is very mellow indoors and enjoys watching the activity of others. Throughout her life she has helped with pet sits. For her first four years of life she lived with two other dogs. She is a great addition to any pack. I have experience farm sitting which includes plant watering of green house, gardens, field and pasture. As well as goat milking, poultry care, and feeding of cows, horses, goats and pigs. Feel free to message me in booking about pricing for full time/part time farm care. Please note my pet sitting is limited to the Olympic Peninsula. I will do pet sitting in Port Townsend, Discovery Bay, Sequim, Blyn, Port Ludlow, Brinnon, Port Gamble, Quilcene, Chimacum, Port Hadlock, Irondale, Marrowstone Island, and occasionally Port Angeles, Joyce, Forks, and Queets. I prefer extended house sits and like to build solid bonds with animals. I prioritize repeat clients. I have additional references outside of Rover. As many of my clients book me via word of mouth. This profile gives ease of access to my calendar. I currently work seasonally teaching arts based school break kids camps and afterschool programing on the Olympic Peninsula. I spend the rest of my time making art from home and adventuring outdoors. This means I can have extended quality time with your pet(s) for walks and/or outdoor play and indoor care. I believe maintaining routines and exercise is important for the physical and emotional well being of all animals. I will strive to uphold this and adapt my schedule as best as I can for your pet(s). I enjoy taking the time to communicate with you about your desires, concerns, texting check ins and sending sweet photos for your peace of mind. As every pet is an important family member. I know them to be kin.

“Appreciated the last minute booking, that Scott was accommodating some of the details, and thorough with caring for Augie. Augie was very happy to make a new friend! Thank you Scott!”

About: I have worked with so many different breeds over the years, including English Setters, Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retrievers, Pembroke Welsh Corgis, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Leonbergers, Siberian Huskies, Newfoundlands, Flat-Coated Retrievers, Doberman Pinschers, Vizslas, Keeshonds, Berger Picards, Standard Poodles, Miniature Poodles, and Toy Poodles, 1 have also shown Spinoni Italianos, Whippets, Rough Collies, Smooth Collies, Borzois, and Basset Hounds and more! For training I should be able to fit 3-4 trainings in a day. For walking it will depend on how long the walk is and how far I would need to travel to get to the dog I'm walking. I'm freer during the week however I can do some weekends! If I am taking care of pets in someone else home, I like to have a list of requirements from the owner. I want to make sure the pets are correctly taken care of perfectly to what the owners wants. I am an amazing direction follower and will perform tasks that are asked of me efficiently. If I am caring for someone's dog in my own home, the dogs will be feed twice a day or more if asked by the owner, dogs will always have access to fresh water and shade. Toys will be provided however if the owners wants to bring their own toys that is always allowed. Dogs will be allowed to socialize with my dogs if the owner is okay with that of course! If the dog is not allowed around others they will be provided with a private space that keeps that calm and happy!

About: As someone who works online, my hours are completely flexible and can be done most anywhere. I use this to my advantage as a pet-lover. It means I get to be surrounded by pets as much as I can, and as someone who cannot have their own dog, I cannot express how fulfilling and heartening it is for me to do so. I have also pet-sit for friends and family all my life. I truly love animals. I go in with this mindset: how would I want others to treat my home-space and my own pet? My aim is that you can travel with a peaceful certainty your pet will be showered with love and attention, and you don't have to worry. I genuinely love animals, and as an introvert, I spend most of my free time with them whenever I can. My schedule is very flexible. I make my own hours with my online work, and I am usually available for sitting anytime. My summer sitting schedule is open, and as a newbie to this site, I'm looking forward to doing a really good job at a reasonable starting rate. (So far I've had a great experience). I am responsible and extremely mindful of people's plans and expectations. I try to be as professional as I can, returning messages as soon as possible. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me and feel free to ask me any questions you may have. I am a creative arts teacher (working online) and I hail from Central Oregon. I have an MA in Myth and Psych, and I really like to travel and learn new things. platform. Animals are by-far my favorite thing, on par with painting and writing. My main passion is painting. I love experimenting with acrylic on canvas and I am trying to teach myself watercolor. I’m introverted and love to read and write. Animals, especially dogs, have my whole heart. I have always wanted a pet, but my love of travel has held me back. When not traveling, I'm a homebody. (In short, I’d probably prefer to hang out with your pet, rather than go out on the town..) I like to be cozy with books, tea, and walks in nature. I have a car, and I am flexible with my schedule. I want to accomadate the sensitivities and special needs of any household and/or pets, and I welcome anyway I can to make you feel more comfortable with me as your pet-trustee. Thanks so much for your time! At the moment, I do not care for pets in my own home. But if I get the opportunity I would put just as much care and compassion in that as I do as a walker/sitter.

About: I know life can get ahead of us at times and caring for our pets is an added stress. I would love to help take that ease off of you. I have a four yr GSD that I work with daily, and I get compliments all the time of how well behaved he is with people and other dogs. I love dogs and I would love to be able to help you out. I have weekend, overnight, and weekday availability. I do work full time but I am allowed lunch daily to come and check on both my dog and your furry loved one. I am a true dog lover, and caring for another dog from time to time would truly be so much fun! I have been in the military and know what it can be like to find someone trusting to watch your furry loved one in a pinch. I am detachment and deployment friendly! I know schedule shifts at the blink of an eye and I am flexible with that. My dog is crate and house trained is also a fixed four year old male GSD. If your dog is not crate trained we can work with it but it is preferred.

Sierra S.
“Sierra loves dogs/animals. She recently lost her dog to cancer and she was the BEST doggy mommy! I know it would make her so happy to be able to take care of other dogs, and help other dog parents making sure their babies are taken care of when they can’t be there. She is someone you can trust in your home and with your pets! No question about that. She is extremely reliable and has so much love to give. She has the biggest heart and no one would ever have to think twice about her taking care of their pups when they aren’t home. Her own dog, Bentley, was on strict diet regiments for 7 years when he had cancer so she can also be depended on to follow strict instructions if needed. Sierra takes pride in anything she does and any owner would be lucky to have her as a Wag Caregiver.”

Mikal R.
“We were happy to find Mikal on Rover! Initially, Mikal and her dog Hoodi stopped by and met our two older border collies. Since everyone got along great, Mikal agreed to housesit and take care of our dogs for 10 days, which was a big relief to us as our dogs feel the most comfortable at home. Mikal asked what our communication preferences were and sent photos and updates every other day as we requested. It was fun to see photos of all 3 dogs together on beach walks while we were away! When we returned home, dogs were happy, clearly well taken care of, and Mikal had left the house clean and tidy. We booked them already for our next trip. HT and MW”

Gabriella G.
“I have seen Gabriella work with her dogs as well as many other dogs over the years. One thing that stands out is when people say, “My dog doesn’t like people” but then that dog loves her. I also have seen her listen to directions of a client that had 30 dogs, (puppies included) & then she remembered every detail and the client was more than pleased with her attention to detail. Gabby has trained too many dogs to count, worked for AKC handlers, trained her own dogs in 4-H showmanship, obedience, rally, and agility. She is a well rounded gal with many skills at her finger tips.”

Morgan K.

“Morgan did a great job! We would definitely use her services again 😊”

Joy J.Star Sitter
“Joy Jensen has watched my beloved Bodi (orange tabby cat) several times. Bodi is typically a very shy little guy, but not where Joy is concerned. When he hears her voice he comes out of hiding almost immediately and starts purring and rubbing up against her legs. I can only assume she has spent a LOT of time petting this shy kitty. Aside from being great with pets, Joy is also very responsible, just the kind of person you would want watching over things in your absence.”

Melissa N.
“Melissa is amazing with dogs. Everytime she is around me and my roommates dogs they love it. Also her doggo is the best dog I have ever met. Kind loving and also playful of course. I recommend Melissa to anyone looking for dog sitting! 100%!”
